Welcome to Les Hauts de Capulane, a bright villa perched on the hills of Castellare di Casinca in Corsica, offering spectacular views over the eastern plain and the Mediterranean Sea.

The house is rented entirely and can accommodate up to 8 guests in four double bedrooms, each with its own private shower room and toilet. It is the perfect place to enjoy peaceful holidays with family or friends, surrounded by nature, sea and mountains.

Perched on a hillside overlooking the eastern plain, the villa is more than just a holiday rental – it is a living home designed to offer a peaceful escape. Here, the light, the quietness and the scents of the Corsican maquis blend with birdsong. The horizon is breathtaking: your eyes sweep across the plain before meeting the endless blue of the sea.

Spacious and full of light, the villa combines contemporary comfort with an authentic atmosphere.

Living spaces

On the main level, in a 100 m² air-conditioned living area, you will find:

a fully equipped open kitchen

a bright living room

a first bedroom overlooking the pool and the maquis.

Two large terraces extend the living space:

on the south-east side, the terrace surrounds the swimming pool

on the north-west side, another terrace features an outdoor lounge, a dining table and a barbecue.

Upstairs

Three additional cross-ventilated bedrooms enjoy the sea breeze during the day and the cooler mountain air at night.
Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan.

All three rooms open onto a large panoramic terrace, perfect for reading, relaxing or simply enjoying the view.

Each bedroom has its own private shower room and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.

The highlight of the house is a 40 m² panoramic rooftop terrace offering 360° views between sea, plain and mountains.

Les Hauts de Capulane is above all a family home dedicated to nature and tranquility. It is ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends. We kindly ask our guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the house and the neighborhood.

Property layout

The villa has its own private entrance and outdoor spaces.
It is attached on its eastern side to a smaller family house, which is lower and has its own separate entrance on the other side of the property. Both houses remain independent and private.

In spring

In April, enjoy the calm of the Corsican spring, beautiful hiking trails and the exceptional sea view.
The swimming pool is open, although the water remains naturally cool.
