- Kitchen: open and modern, equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, oven, coffee machine, kettle, and utensils (no microwave)
- Bedroom: a cozy retreat featuring a king-size bed (180x200 cm)
- Bathroom: modern shower room with an integrated WC
- Additional WC: a separate toilet in the hallway for added convenience
The apartment has reversible air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom, ensuring comfort in all seasons.
