Our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment has a light and spacious Living / Dining Room with high ceilings, a large Kitchen and, unusual for the centre of Cannes, we have a large 65sqm) private furnished garden Terrace. The atmosphere is very calm and when you are relaxing on our terrace it makes you feel as though you are away from the noise of the busy streets of Cannes - yet the apartment is only steps away from restaurants, coffee shops etc. It is idyllic being located on a small pretty, quiet, pedestrian street in the Centre of Cannes.
Furnished to a high standard, our apartment has high-speed wifi, Sky/ Smart TV / air conditioning and heating (Living areas and bedrooms).
The Kitchen is fully-equipped for all your needs with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
Both Bedrooms have double glazed windows and blackout blinds to give you the best nights' sleep in our good quality comfortable beds.
Our apartment has large French doors, leading out onto our beautiful large private terrace (65sqm), which can seat up to 6 people at our beautiful stone dining table under the pergola. Relax on our sun loungers, dine under the pergola or simply enjoy the calm atmosphere on the outdoor sofas surrounded by Cypress trees, Jasmine climbing up trellises and bamboo plants.
The location is in the heart of Cannes on a small pedestrian street in the chic restaurant and shopping area of central Cannes. Located 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the Palais des Festivals, our apartment is ideal for those visiting Cannes to attend conferences including Cannes Film Festival, MIPTV, MIPIM, LIONS, MIPCOM, Tax Free, Mapic, MIDEM, Boat show, etc. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops (from supermarket to famous designers) close by, so there is no need to have a car while staying at our apartment as we are in the centre of the town. We are also less than 2 minutes' walk from the train station and bus station (including the coach to Nice Airport).

We first fell in love with Cannes in 2008 and have even renewed our vows there to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Holidaying in the South of France was a natural choice as we wanted somewhere we could get to easily and quickly, with a great location, in a traditional apartment building, close to all the restaurants and amenities there are to offer and with a guarantee of warm weather.
