This home is a monthly rental, with a minimum stay requirement of 30 consecutive nights.

Separate lease agreement is required per local HOA and must be signed within 24 hours of booking or cancellation will occur.

Cleaning Fee of $250/clean will be added for weekly cleaning service based on number of weeks of stay
