Welcome to CASA-Mezan, a warm and inviting retreat nestled in the picturesque heart of Aiguilles, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur. Located on the second floor of a charming building that also houses CASA-Grand Laus, this cozy sixty-seven square meter apartment offers the perfect escape for families, small groups, or friends looking to experience the beauty of the Queyras region. With a comfortable and functional layout, CASA-Mezan comfortably accommodates up to four guests, making it an ideal home base for your next adventure.

Step into the shared entrance hall, where you'll find a spacious twenty-square-meter storage room designed for your ski and bicycle equipment, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. The apartment itself boasts a beautifully designed master bedroom with a cozy double bed (140x190cm), providing a restful haven after a day of exploration. The children's bedroom features two single beds (90x190cm), perfect for little ones or friends traveling together.

The inviting living room, with its comfy sofa and TV, opens up to a lovely terrace where you can unwind and soak in the fresh alpine air while enjoying the stunning surroundings.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, toaster, oven, kettle, and a filtered coffee maker. After a day of adventure, relax in the apartment’s bathroom, complete with a shower and sink, and a separate WC for added convenience. You’ll also find a washing machine to take care of your laundry needs during your stay.

CASA–Mezan enjoys an ideal location, offering easy access to ski slopes, hiking trails, and mountain biking routes, allowing you to enjoy the region in every season. Whether you come for winter sports or to discover the lush green landscapes in summer, the apartment is a true haven of relaxation after your days of adventure.

The Abriès ski area is located approximately 6 km away and can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. In winter, a free shuttle also connects Aiguilles to Abriès, providing a convenient alternative to driving, depending on schedules. There is also a beginner-friendly ski area in Aiguilles, just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation.

In winter, Aiguilles-en-Queyras offers a fun and family-friendly area ideal for beginners, with a zone dedicated to learning how to ski. A ski lift serves two green runs of approximately 300 meters, perfect for first-time skiers in a relaxed and safe environment.

The site is open daily during the Christmas and February school holidays, and on weekends outside school holidays, generally from late December to mid-March, depending on snow conditions.

For those traveling with pets, we warmly welcome your furry companions for a small additional fee of thirty euros

Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Please remember to inform us of the quantities you need at least one week before your arrival, so we can have everything ready for you.
Double bed sheet: eighteen euros (1 double sheet + 1 double duvet cover + 2 pillowcases)
Single bed sheet: fifteen euros (1 single sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase)
Towel kit: nine euros (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel)
Pets are allowed upon request with a supplement of thirty euros
Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 pm
Before your departure, please ensure that the dishes are clean and put away, and dispose of trash in the designated area as indicated during your check-in.
