Welcome to Metal Manor! Our gorgeous, newly constructed 3-story cabin is located in desirable Chalet Village, just 3 miles from downtown Gatlinburg and 20 minutes to Dollywood. You will enjoy comfort and privacy in one of the three king bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each on its own level. There is also a 1/2 bath on each level for guest's use while playing a game of pool in the game room or challenging your friends to a little Texas Hold'em on the poker table in the upstairs loft.

Main Floor:
• Open concept kitchen and living room with Smart TV and electric fireplace
• Comfortable queen sleeper sofa
• Large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal for your party
• Dining table for 5, along with bar seating for 4.

Lower Level:
• Game room with 3000 game barrel multicade, pool table, 65" smart TV, custom bar top with seating for 3

• Access to lower deck with 4-person hot tub and outdoor seating

Upper Level:
• Poker table with seating for 4. The table top can be flipped to a flat surface for board games or dominoes
• Loveseat and chair sitting area with 65" smart TV
• 1/2 bathroom
• King bedroom with en suite bathroom and smart TV

Chalet Village Owner's Club: Our guests have access to the 3 clubhouses with swimming pools, tennis courts, and other amenities. The pools are open from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Airport: McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville is a 1-hour drive to our cabin and is the recommended airport to fly into if you’re coming to the Smokies.

Access: The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad. A couple of days before check-in, you will receive a unique door code; there is no need to meet anyone for keys.

Roads: The road from the main road to the cabin is paved. Although snow here is rare, in the winter, 4WD or AWD may be necessary. Cell service is spotty in the mountains. We highly recommend you download the maps of the area for offline use prior to travel, just in case service is lost.

Parking: Park immediately in front of the cabin. Parking is available for 3 cars.

Age: All guests must be 25+, except for children with their parents.

Occupancy: 8 Person Maximum, including children and infants.

Security Camera: A security camera is in place at the front of the cabin for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the camera or disconnect the Wifi, you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection.

Smoking: This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

Weather: We do not offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.

Hot Tub: Our tub will accommodate 4 people. The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol and glassware are NOT allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Do not dive headfirst into the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please refer to the hot tub rules posted on the patio for further details. Our housekeeper drains, cleans, and refills the hot tub before your stay; therefore, it may not be warm when you arrive.

Outdoor Grill: A large park-style charcoal grill is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please clean out the grill after using it in the bucket provided.

Trash: Please dump liquids into the sink and not into trash bags. Place all trash into trash bags and secure them in the bearproof trash containers next to the driveway. We do not have regularly scheduled trash pick-ups. If needed, a trash drop-off convenience center is at Ski Mountain Road & Heiden Rd.

Critters: We subscribe to monthly pest control. However, this cabin is in the wilderness, and with that comes bugs and other wild animals, including bears and snakes. Please practice bear safety (guidelines will be posted on the refrigerator). Remember to keep your doors locked, throw trash in the bear-proof containers, don't feed or try to approach a bear, and don't leave any food outdoors, including on the grill or in your car.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. There are many pet-friendly cabins in the area that would love to host your family.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out, and we do not allow check-ins or check-outs on holidays.

We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tablets, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Shampoo and other toiletries, condiments, coffee, creamer, sugar, zip-lock bags, and charcoal are NOT provided.

You will have access to our entire home.
