The Space:

This is not your typical vacation rental. HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, the name says it all! HÓZHÓ - Peace, Beauty, Harmony and Well Being. With over 16,000 square feet this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and outdoor desert beauty. The estate is situated on a 10-acre private lot in the north Scottsdale area, strategically located so our guests can enjoy some of the most magnificent and spectacular views that the desert has to offer.

Property Highlights: Our desert oasis has something for everyone. Watch movies or the Super Bowl on the 140-inch theatre screen with Premium Theater Surround Sound in the state-of-the-art theater room with wet bar or challenge each other to billiards or a game of cards. Splash in the swimming pool and float around the lazy river, spend time relaxing in the spa or on the rooftop terrace. There are plenty of quiet spaces to take a moment of solitude to read or get lost in the glorious desert views.

Beautifully appointed with tasteful furnishings, new beds, and other luxury upgrades, the house sleeps 22 people with 11 bedrooms and 9 baths, 3 half baths, offering four separate sleeping areas each with a full bathroom, perfect for multiple family use.

Attached is an opulent master bathroom with two separate vanities, double-sided walk-in shower with steaming feature, whirlpool soaking tub and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in chests.

Bedroom #2 – King ensuite with a private Juliette balcony overlooking over the front of the estate. A full bath with a large walk in shower, separate toilet room, double vanity, a seating area, and a large closet and dressing room.

Bedroom #3 – 3 Full Beds - perfect room for kids to sit in 2 oversized plush bean bags and watch television.

The spacious covered patio area plays host to a cozy seating area to enjoy your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails and conversation. Barbeque on the outdoor gas grill or Traeger Grill, and eat al fresco in the outdoor dining areas, or enjoy an evening sitting by the cozy fire pit surrounded by deep, comfortable chairs that invite you relax and stay awhile. The fully furnished patio wraps around a luxurious pool with lazy river and separate spa with waterfalls cascading to create a cacophony of peaceful rippling water.
