The villa, which is located in a secure area, consists of:

- 6 spacious bedrooms with storage space



Upstairs: 3 bedrooms

- 2 bedrooms with double bed (one with garden view and terrace access) with shared bathroom and separate toilet 1 ‘tower’ bedroom with bathroom and toilet and stunning sea view

On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms



- 1 master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, renovated bathroom and toilet, and view of the swimming pool

- 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and garden view

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and garden view. The latter 2 will share the bathroom and separate toilet

- 4 bathrooms in total, including showers and bathtub

- 5 toilets



- A large terrace on the first floor with a sea view

- A large private swimming pool with a spectacular view of the sea. Security alarm in place. Lighting in the pool for the evening. The pool is not heated

- A superb garden with a terrace, perfect for outdoor games, with areas for relaxing or eating with the family. Garden furniture, gas barbecue, bar, sun loungers and table are at your disposal.



- Fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances you need to prepare delicious meals with family or friends, including fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher. Filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine.

- Room with large dining table



Spacious and welcoming lounge with a breathtaking view of the pool/sea, 2 comfortable sofas and a fireplace. Shower room and WC nearby.

- A TV/games room with a sofa

- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the villa, to stay connected if necessary.

- Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms / Heating in every room. There is no air conditioning in the communal areas, but the villa benefits from pleasant natural ventilation thanks to the sea breeze. The atmosphere remains fresh and very comfortable.

There is a fireplace in the living room.

Wood available in the garden.



- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer Iron. Other fridge/freezers available if needed inside.

- A carport for 2 cars and a space at the entrance for 3 more cars, all secured by a gate.

- 2 travel cots are available, one with a thick mattress and one with the original mattress.

On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):

- Washing powder and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Linen is provided (bath towels, tea towels and sheets).

However, pool towels are not provided.

Important:

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is not debited or blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc. This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noted on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be refunded between 8 and 14 days after departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.





Parties, disturbances and visitors:



- Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties, gatherings and loud music are prohibited.

- The accommodation is strictly reserved for the people named in the booking.

🛑 A sound detection device (indoor and outdoor) is installed to prevent any disturbances. It does not record audio or video, only measures sound levels.

In the event of non-compliance with the rules and regulations (in particular in the event of noise disturbances, parties or the presence of unauthorised persons), the contract may be terminated immediately, resulting in the interruption of the stay without refund.







The villa is close to beaches and tourist attractions. Carry-le-Rouet is very well located, about 25 minutes by car from Marseille, and easily accessible via the A55 motorway. This allows you to enjoy all the cultural and historical attractions of France's second largest city, while having the tranquillity of a coastal village.



The street where the villa is located is fairly central, so you should be able to easily reach it on foot from the port or the city centre, where most of the points of interest are located.



1. By car: From Marseille: If you are coming from Marseille, it is easy to reach us via the N568 trunk road or the A55 motorway. Take the A55 towards Cassis/Martigues, then follow the signs for Carry-le-Rouet. Journey time: around 25-30 minutes depending on traffic. From Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS): If you are coming from Marseille airport, which is located about 15 km from Carry-le-Rouet, you can reach the town by taking the A7 motorway and then the A55. Journey time: about 20-25 minutes. Parking: Public car park: Carry-le-Rouet has several public car parks close to the town centre and the port, which are often free or inexpensive, where you can park your car.



2. By train: Nearest station: Carry-le-Rouet has a small station, located about 10-15 minutes' walk from the centre. Access from Marseille: If you are in Marseille, take a train on the Marseille - Miramas or Marseille - Martigues line. These trains run regularly and the journey takes about 20-25 minutes.



3. By bus: Carry-le-Rouet is served by bus lines that connect the town to Marseille and other surrounding municipalities. You can take bus line 132 (Marseille - Carry-le-Rouet), which leaves from Marseille Saint-Charles station. The journey takes about 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic conditions.



4. By taxi or private hire car: You can also take a taxi or use services such as Uber or Bolt to reach Carry-le-Rouet, which is particularly convenient if you are arriving from the airport or station. Journey time: approximately 25-30 minutes from the centre of Marseille or the airport.



5. By bike (for the more adventurous): If you are a cycling enthusiast, you can reach Carry-le-Rouet by following the Côte Bleue, a picturesque seaside route that offers superb views of the ocean and the calanques. There are cycle paths in the region, but the journey from Marseille can be quite difficult due to the hills.



6. By boat (a more original option): Boat from Marseille: For a spectacular arrival, you can also consider taking a boat from Marseille to Carry-le-Rouet. Sea shuttles can connect Marseille to the port of Carry-le-Rouet, although this option is less common. We are available 7 days a week by phone, text and SMS.

1. The beaches of Carry-le-Rouet



There are two beaches at the foot of the villa: Cap Rousset (5 min. on foot, lifeguarded in season) and the Calanque des Bouchons (2 min. on foot, in the residence and therefore not very busy), both in the heart of the Côte Bleue Marine Nature Park, where you can observe countless fish in this protected area of 1000 hectares of crystal-clear water.



The main beach of Le Rouet (lifeguarded in season) with its sailing club is a little further away but still accessible on foot (1km 20 min walk).



2. The Port of Carry-le-Rouet



The port of Carry-le-Rouet, located a few minutes' walk from Allée de la Vigie, is a very pleasant place to stroll, with numerous restaurants, cafés and bars by the sea as well as a casino. You can also admire the boats or take a trip out to sea.



Boat hire and water sports: Several local companies offer boat, jet ski or paddle hire to explore the Mediterranean coast. You will also find big game fishing, diving clubs, and a sea shuttle to Marseille.



3. The Calanques of Carry-le-Rouet



Carry-le-Rouet is at the heart of a magnificent region of creeks. The Calanque des Eaux Salées, the Calanque de la Redonne and the Calanque Méjean can be reached by boat or on foot for the more adventurous.

These creeks offer exceptional natural landscapes and are perfect for hiking, swimming or even scuba diving.



4. The Côte Bleue Marine Park

Nearby is also the Côte Bleue Marine Park, a protected area of 1000 hectares offering a wealth of marine life, ideal for divers and nature lovers.
