Our air-conditioned accommodation consists of :



- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and Senseo coffee machine

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).



On arrival, you will find the following items at your disposal for the start of your stay (Kit not renewed):

-2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

-Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)

-Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.



Note for elderly people or families with young children: the flat is on the 3rd floor without lift (then stairs at the entrance of the flat).

Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. You will have the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.

A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
