From its terrace overlooking the Corniche Kennedy, you can enjoy a dazzling panorama of the sea and the Frioul islands.

Savor moments under the pine trees on the property, relax in the jacuzzi, bask in the sun and admire the view.

The villa is ideally located for visiting Marseille's beaches (10 minutes on foot) and the city (5 minutes by car).

The property comprises:

- A large, bright living room with a sofa and television.

- A large terrace with a splendid sea view over the entire southern coastline of the city, as far as the foot of the Marseilleveyre massif. Deckchairs, outdoor furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal.

- A jacuzzi on the terrace

- The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine

- A washing machine

- A bedroom with a 160x190cm double bed and a view

- Two single beds with a view 90x200cm (can be pushed together)

- A bathroom with a bathtub

- A separate toilet

- Wi-Fi is included in the price

- A parking space is reserved for you inside the property. An automatic gate provides access.

- Air conditioning has been installed in each bedroom.

- A travel crib and high chair are available for babies

On arrival, you will find the following items available for the start of your stay (kit not replenished):

- Laundry detergent and cleaning products

- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel

- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 sachet per person)

- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

All linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, jacuzzi towels and tea towels).

Access to the villa is via the shared driveway.

We are available every day between 3pm and 9pm to hand over the keys. To do so, we recommend that you let us know your arrival time in advance.

Departures are at 10am.

The villa is located at the tip of ‘Roucas Blanc’, an iconic neighbourhood in the 7th arrondissement. Its name, which means ‘White Rock’, comes simply from the rock on which it was built. This neighbourhood, full of small cul-de-sacs, narrow streets and stairways, is perfect for exploring. This former hilltop village of Roucas Blanc is now the most ‘chic’ neighbourhood in the city.

The Corniche du Président John Fitzgerald Kennedy, which surrounds the neighbourhood's seafront, is a spectacular panoramic boulevard that winds just above the Mediterranean Sea, from the Catalans beach to the Prado beaches.

It offers one of the most beautiful balcony views of Marseille overlooking the Mediterranean and its islands. Along the way are fishermen's huts, but above all very bourgeois 19th-century villas, former ‘summer homes’ of wealthy Marseille industrial families (Villa Valmer, Villa de Gaby Deslys).

There are also some remarkable viewpoints: the rocky coves and esplanades of Malmousque and Fausse Monnaie (including the famous gourmet restaurant Le Petit Nice by Gérald Passédat and the former waterfront villa of Zizi Jeanmaire and Roland Petit).

Finally, towards the Prado beaches, there are various bars and restaurants.

A deposit of 1000€ in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).

This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.

Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
