Fantastic Rental - Enjoyed it more than Disney

My family and I all loved our stay that this house. It was very clean, a great location, and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. Everything was well stocked and maintained. The pool table and accessories were in excellent shape. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would stay here again, and would absolutely recommend it to others.

Dear Abdel, Thank you so much for choosing our house to enjoy your stay! Everything is new after our full renovation. It has six bedrooms and 4 baths in the gated community. The home is an open concept for the living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen. All bedrooms, with an en suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, a tub, and a separate shower, are upstairs. This home provides you with the best entertainment available with the pool table and the fully loaded A/C game room. Relax by the pool and enjoy the Orlando sunshine. Windsor Hills Villa

We had a fantastic holiday at the villa. The house was immaculate absolutely nothing to complain about. Only thing I would add,it would be more relaxing if a few more sun beds were to be added to the outside furninture. Steve the property manager was excellent when we arrived and can say he made sure we enjoyed our stay at the Villa. Thanks to Tina the owner I am sure we will stay there again.

Great house needs TLC

The house was amazing everything was beautiful some things that needed taking care of by the property manager we've stayed in those houses over 10 times in the pass years never have we ever had rooms without tv in them that was a deal breaker dresser draw missing out of the dresser was tacky and the steps to go up stairs where cracked all the way up i let them know so i wouldnt be responsible they were very nice about everything just i think for the price some TLC was needed but i would stay agsin for the right price

Great Property - Top Resort

The online listing of the property was accurate. The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and sufficient for our party of six women with plenty of towels and face cloths. We did not have to adjust the thermostat to remain cool in the high July temperatures.The game room and pool table were a welcome option and the pool was at the right temperature for the warm weather. We had to call all the numbers on the contact list to reach someone to give us the WIFI ID and password, but worked fine after we received it. Windsor Hills has all the amenities of the top resorts anywhere. Great neighborhood with stores, shopping, restaurants and Disney Springs all a few minutes away. Our experience at the property was most enjoyable which made us care for it and leave it as pristine as we found it.

No deposit refund or toilet paper

The property was ok overall my major complain is they didn’t not had enough supplies. Once the toilet paper was used they would mot replace it, they also didn’t have any soap In the laundry. Is for 14 guest but you can only park 3 cars in the property I think that’s important to know. Finally ! It’s being a month and my additional security deposit that the host charge was never refunded as stated by the host.

Falsely Accused

The location of the property is very close to Disney. However, the check in w/security @ the gate had no record of me or my family. So we waited for 20 minutes w/my Lyft driver trying to reach property manager to sort this out. I had another family member drive her car and was the only registered driver to park at the house. We use Lyft service to and from our destinations on this trip. On check out day, i received an email from the property manager and accused me of a parking violation and sent me a photo of 3 vehicles in a driveway that i never seen before (none of them were from my party because we only had one registered car). I reached out to the property manager and explained to her that we had one car and sent her a pix of our one vehicle. They wanted me to pay $100 for the parking violation that the security falsely accused me of. Do yourself a favor and take a photo of your vehicles in the driveway to protect yourself.

Big house close to Disney but several service issues

This is a big house in the Windsor Hills neighborhood, which has a great pool. The house is very close to Disney (~15 minutes in the morning) and was clean and had lots of bedrooms. The house is not stocked at all. The kitchen lacked any food items at all (even things like salt, pepper, and oil). We were given a single roll of paper towel, each of the bathrooms had only one roll of toilet paper, and we were given a limited number of trash bags. We would have been happy to pay slightly more to have these items stocked rather than to have to buy large quantities that we wouldn't use. There was no laundry detergent or dish soap. There are also no pool towels and it seemed that the community pool is bring your own towels. We had paid for pool heat, but the pool was never heated. The owner and property manager were prompt in responding to our messages about the pool, but after two days the pool was still not heated and we asked for a refund, which they provided. After booking but before arriving, we extended the rental for one day and paid for it in advance. However, the door code automatically expired 24 hours early. Fortunately, someone in our party was in the house because the owner/property manager were unable to get us a new working door code. Overall, the house was big, clean, and close to Disney for a very reasonable price, but the issues above made for a challenging experience.

It seems like there are some mistaken here so we just would like to make it clear. Firstly, the house is equipped with full amenities and supplies. During your stay, we did not receive any reports about If we did, we could send our team there as soon as possible to assist you. Moreover, we always put enough the stuffs such as paper, towels... for the house's capacity. About the pool heat, we it had already turn it on before you arrive, and because some unexpected reason, it wasn't heated at the time you came to the house. Then , we refunded all the fee for you. After you checked-out, our team came to check and fixed it. Everything is Ok now. Finally, after receiving your message, we responded and supported you immediately about the code. We always look forward to welcoming you back with us in the future. Once again, thank you so much! Please, take good care and stay safe!

We have just grand opening this house. Everything is new after our fully renovation. It has 6 Bedrooms and 4 Baths in the gated community. The home is an open concept for the living room, dining room, family room and kitchen. All bedrooms, with an en suite bathroom featuring dual sinks, tub and separate shower, are upstairs. This home provides you with the best entertainment available with the pool table and the A/C fully loaded game room. Relax by the pool and enjoy the Orlando sunshine

Enter the newly renovated villa, you immediately notice the pool table where you can play pool games and watch a large flat screen TV. Picture yourself to have dinner in the professionally decorated dining room.
The modern kitchen with granite counters and all new stainless steel appliances is ready for your cooking talent. A/C and Fully stocked game room with foosball/air hockey table, Nintendo games offer you countless of fun time.
Outdoor area has a table and 6 chairs, and an outdoor sofa with a covered porch, patio. Please enjoy the private heated pool and spa.
After 12 guests, each additional guest is charged $25/person/night. Maximum occupancy capacity is 14 guests.
All resort amenities are included in the booking.

Extra charge if you'd like to use:
- Heated pool: $45/day for the full length of stay, minimum 4 days, if booked in advance/before your stay. If booked during your stay, $50/day (4 days minimum).

This house has 3 parking spaces in total (for 3 cars). Additional cars can park in the parking lot in the surround shopping centers.

There are Walmart, Starbucks and endless restaurant nearby. You can buy food/supplies from Walmart and door dash food when you're busy.
Windsor Hills is only two miles from Walt Disney World. It takes you five minute drive or two traffic lights to Disney World. The resort is even closer than some of the Walt Disney World properties. You can go the parks in the morning, come back for a dip in the pool and be back in the parks for dinner and fireworks with ease. You explore many nearby theme parks, play golf at one of the many Orlando championship courses, right next door is Mystic Dunes! (rated the second best course in the Orlando area).

Disney World is five minutes away. Other Orlando attractions like Sea World, Universal and International Drive are less than 15 minutes away. For golfers, Mystic Dunes is right next door as well as the fantastic Disney courses and the championship courses at Reunion and Champions Gate are less than ten minutes away. Orlando International Airport is an easy 30 minute drive along the 417 from Windsor Hills.
