Casey, thanks for staying with us and taking the time to share your feedback. During your stay, you brought up a few items to our attention which we tried to resolve during your stay. Other items, we confirmed was verified as not being broken, like your report that the pool strainer was broken; it was not. Some of your other feedback was not communicated at all during your stay, so we were unable to support you to the best of our ability during your stay. We do value guest feedback as it helps us prioritize maintenance concerns in order to provide our guests with the best experience possible. Hope you made great memories with your family during the trip and we wish you all the best.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to know that arrival at the home has been a good experience and everything was well put together. That said, we always take guest concerns seriously and make sure to address things the best of our capabilities. Regarding the bed bugs, this is a serious situation and something we tackle with expediency. After receiving the report, we did offer you the option to CANCEL your stay with a full refund so that you may find new accommodations. You quickly declined and gave the impression that you didn’t need the room and was completely fine staying at the home with that single room quarantined. Next, we have always been transparent in our listing stating in the "COMMUNITY" section that the home is located in a residential neighborhood, next to an operating home preschool. And lastly, we fully understand your concern regarding the cleaner's arrival which you found unexpected. Our cleaners are professionals and should have arrived on time and not earlier. With this concern, we will work with them to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. Regardless of these circumstances, we hope you enjoyed your time in PCB with your family and we wish you the best of luck.

Thanks for being amazing guests. Pls come visit with us again the next time you are in Panama City Beach.
