This exceptional 8th floor corner unit boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the white sand beaches and renowned sunsets from every turn. Top of the line upgrades and furnishings have been thoughtfully selected to present an overall appearance that will wow from the first moment.
The beach vibe blends seamlessly with sophisticated décor to create an atmosphere of Southern charm and cheerful appeal. The family-friendly layout consists of THREE gulf-front bedrooms - each providing jaw dropping views, balcony access and adjoining private full bathroom.
The first bedroom is a master suite and features a king-sized bed, private balcony access and private bathroom with double vanity and an oversized garden style tub/shower combo. The second master suite is designed with accessibility in mind and can be used as a private lockout efficiency if needed. Features include a king-sized bed, gulf facing views and private balcony access, kitchenette area with fridge and microwave - all with ample space for wheelchair use if needed. Sliding barn style doors provide wide access to the attached full bathroom, which offers a spacious stand-up glass shower with handrails and a flat entry point. The double sinks were fitted in order to be wheelchair friendly, and the bathroom/bedroom overall provides no challenges, ramps, steps or tight spaces.
Bedroom number three boasts sleeping room galore - with TWO full-over-full bunk beds and twin trundle beds for a sleeping total of 10 people. Features also include gulf-facing balcony access and an en-suite bathroom with oversized garden style tub/shower combo.
This condo is absolutely ideal for kid-friendly family getaways, as the kids will love having their very own sanctuary and adults will truly appreciate the opportunity to enjoy some quiet vacation time. All bedrooms and bathrooms feature our sumptuous signature linens. If required, the living room has a pull-out full size sleeper with upgraded gel mattress.
The large open plan living room/kitchen/dining area is the heart and soul of the condo. This is a true home away from home - the contemporary kitchen is bursting with brand new kitchenware and appointed with top notch appliances, stunning granite, tile accents and cabinetry. A dining table for six plus a breakfast bar provide ample room for meals and snacks.
The comfy living area offers plenty of seating for the whole gang to pile in and enjoy a movie or your favorite streaming channels. For the ultimate in convenience, the condo also offers a separate utility room with a brand new full sized washer and dryer, plus a utility sink.
The expansive balcony is the real show stopper thanks to its jaw-dropping gulf and beach vistas. Soak up the sun, enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or a morning coffee this unit has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot! - all from the best seat in the house!
