Located on the ground floor, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, A/C, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, Wi-Fi...

This apartment consists in a bedroom with a comfortable double bed upstairs, bathroom with shower, kitchen open on the living room.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, microwave, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



Garibaldi Square and Avenue Jean Médecin are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 15 minutes on foot. Walk along Garibaldi Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Durandy. Journey takes only 25 minutes and this stop is 200m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

Access to the building is also possible by car. You can park in the public Parking Marshall, only 5 minutes away by walking.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
