This home is located in the gated resort community of ChampionsGate, half a mile east of the Oasis Club. You'll find such fantastic shared amenities as a lazy river, a two-story water slide, a pool, a kids' splash area, a hot tub, a well-equipped gym, tennis and volleyball courts, a theater, a game room, a restaurant, and bars. Just beyond the resort grounds, you can tee off at one of the many championship golf courses in the area or spend a day at Universal's Islands of Adventure (20 miles) or the Wizarding World of Harry Potter (22 miles).

Pool heat is available for a minimum of three nights from October 1st to May 1st for an additional fee.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
