Your island life begins as you enter the completely renovated home with a clean, modern beach resort look and feel. You walk into the wide open spacious living area, with 2 living rooms, dining area and brand new kitchen where you can enjoy time with family or friends while also having plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals at home if you choose and features quartz countertops and high end stainless steel appliances. Relax in either of the 2 living rooms, both include 2 couches and matching oversized chairs. One living room has a new a fold down leather Eurolounger that can provide comfortable additional bedding for up to 2 guests and can be used as a 4th bedroom (no door). 2 of the 3 bedrooms feature king size beds and beach inspired bedding and artwork. The 3rd bedroom features both a queen size bed and a twin xl bed to comfortably sleep 3. All bedrooms have flatscreen TVs, beach-white bedroom furniture, Ralph Lauren Polo blankets and built in closet organizers. The 2 full bathrooms are down the hall (one has a zero entry shower with rainfall showerhead). The entire house has been fully renovated.

When you enter Siesta Tropical Retreat, you look straight through the living area and through a long wall of sliding doors and become immediately drawn to the beautiful, very private, tropical backyard featuring an amazing private freeform pool/spa surrounded by palm trees, tropical plants and a large paver patio, luxurious lounge chairs, wireless speakers, stainless steel grill and outdoor dining table. The property is on a canal that features wildlife such as fish, ducks, herons and even manatee! There is nothing better than enjoying time in the pool and spa (enjoying music, drinks and possibly a manatee sighting) after a long day at the #1 beach.

No need to worry about packing miscellaneous items for your vacation. Siesta Tropical Retreat is furnished with everything you need including pool and beach toys, shovels/pails, fishing rods/bait buckets, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, beach carts, coolers, all high quality linens/pillows, bath towels, fluffy beach towels, outdoor towel drying rack, washer/dryer, outdoor grill, plus a fully furnished kitchen. Enjoy dinner at home by the pool, or check out all of the wonderful dining options in Siesta Key Village just a minute or two walk down the street.

Please note: Per zoning laws, we are allowed one rental guest per month. Since we try to stay there in between shorter term guests, please inquire about your desired dates and we are often able to accommodate. Minimum booking 2 weeks (Dec 15 - Jan 1) and 30 days (Jan - Mar). Pool heat fee (if heat option chosen) $100/week. Pet fee $250/stay.
