Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
The neighborhood (6th) was terrific with cafes, shops and galleries nearby, plus so many major sites within walking distance. The apartment was very neat and clean. We loved the patio for morning coffee and the fact that it had AC (esp since it was upper 80s a few days we were there). The two issues we had were that 1) it advertised a washer/dryer but upon arrival there was a sign on it saying out of order. This was very disappointing as this was a main decision point for the place. The management company had great communication, but there was nothing they could do. We ended up using a laundromat. 2) we asked for fresh towels as we were only supplied with two bath towels (no hand towels or washcloths), and it took til Friday (4 days later) that we were supplied these (and many reminders), and they were delivered damp. This was disappointing. They also supplied one tiny bath soap, no handwashing dish soap and one small roll of toilet paper. We ended up buying these things, but would have been nice to know. Overall it’s a nice, clean and central place, just good to know what you are getting so you can be prepared with the small things.
