Timeless design with updated kitchen, hardwood floors, 3 bedrooms all w/ built-in custom closet systems, 2 nicely appointed baths, oversized laundry room w/ access to the garage. Private backyard with mature landscape and a diving pool with water slide and built-in BBQ. Close to shopping, Biltmore, Old Town, Sky Harbor and restaurants such as Sip, The VIG, Doughbird, LGO, North Italia & Chelsea's Kitchen.

Great house, easy and clean!

We had a great stay! The home is beautiful, everything is brand new and really clean. The pool is not heated, which was expected and the backyard was great for BBQ and letting the kids run around. Location was perfect!!! Close to so many good restaurants and fun spots. Everything was really easy and convenient in the most adorable Arcadia neighborhood. HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Comfortable and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this comfortable and quiet home for a family spring break vacation. The home was very clean and inviting. The open Kitchen/Dining/Living area was a great place for our family to relax, make meals, and watch movies together. The laundry room/pantry was spacious and convenient. The bedrooms were all decent sized and had comfortable beds. The garage is small but our Chevy Malibu rental fit just fine. We were about 45 minutes from MLB Spring Training facilities.

Very nice place to stay

Found property to be as advertised and very nice. It has recently been updated and it’s lovely. It’s in a very good neighborhood… Close to many restaurants and stores. We also found the neighborhood to be good for walking with our dog. Host was very responsive to her questions. One downside was that there is no way to heat the pool. We would’ve done so for the few days our grandson stayed with us.

Simply Perfect

Honestly, the level of detail and care that has gone into this house and it’s amenities was unmatched even by my own home. The property owner thought of literally everything. Comfort, class of furnishings, cleanliness and a fantastic location. We said over and over that we really enjoyed the house and it’s warmth so much we could live there easy. The comfort level was that of a warm home. A place you wanted to entertain in rather than leave and go out for dinner. Can’t say enough about the place. This is a fantastic choice and we are thrilled we made the right one. We will be back for sure.

Home in Camelback East – May 14 to May 16, 2022

Our stay at this beautiful, three-bedroom home was wonderful. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The inside was very clean, spacious, and the pool and yard were well-kept. My family enjoyed all the essential modern-day amenities. There is a TV in every room provided with cable. The laundry room has a large washer and dryer. We especially enjoyed barbequing on the outside grill, while cooling off in the pool. I would select to stay here again whenever the need may arise, and highly recommend it to others.

Great House

I usually rent a large 2 story that sleeps 12 or more. However this trip was just me. My daughter and son inlaw and grandbabies came to visit daily. This house was perfect. The decor is simple but stunning. The property Mgr was available 24/7 and very nice and helpful. I would 100% stay again.

Great desert stay

I would like to start with saying what a great neighborhood this house is located in, it is near a lot of local markets, coffee shops and more.15 min from Scottsdale and down town Phoenix. Clean, spacious and everything you need for a homeaway.

Pleasant stay at Camelback area VRBO

This is a nice threeb-edroom house with recent updates. Easy access from the airport. Kids enjoyed brief fun in the pool but in mid March, still too cold for adults. We enjoyed the grill in the back yard, but had to buy propane for it. Some bed laundry was still damp in the laundry room when we arrived, but we were able to get it finished and did a better job than prior occupany get bed linen wash underway.

Thanks for staying! Next time, please let me know about the propane so we can point you in the direction of our spare, we always have extra. Our cleaning crew will make sure they double check the dryer setting for the sheets next time. I wish we would have known sooner so that we could have made these things right for you but appreciate the review.

Beautiful Home

This was such a beautiful and comfortable home! It was perfect for our family while we stayed in AZ for baseball. Great location! The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Outside was perfect for swimming and playing games. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication with Lauren was quick & easy! We’d definitely stay here again.

Lovely Home Away From Home

We enjoyed are stay. Lauren's home is in a quiet neighborhood. We came to Phoenix to visit our daughter for the weekend. The home was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. Lauren was a very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Very nice home & quiet neighborhood

Owners did a really nice remodel on this home. It’s light, airy, & open, and comfortably furnished. We did a lot of cooking and overall it was well stocked and with a large island and counter space so 5 of us could all cook at one time. The front and back yards are green and lovely - back has a tall hedge for privacy and beauty. We loved our morning cold plunges in the outside pool - there is even a slide for the “inner child” or actual children to enjoy. This house was perfect for our family of 5 adults! The only negative thing I would say is that the pet fee was excessive and after all fees and taxes we actually paid more than double the listed price per night for this place. Too much, in my opinion. That said, it’s a beautiful and comfortable home!
