Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV and the most comfortable couch imaginable! Sprawl out on the sofa and relax!
Kitchen
The kitchen has all the essentials to make simple eggs and toast or to go all out and make a gourmet meal. The expansive center island is the perfect eat-in breakfast bar and oversees the dining and living rooms, making you feel connected to the entire space.
Primary Bedroom
The Primary Bedroom features a cozy king-size bed with a dedicated make-up vanity area. The beautiful built-in closets are perfect for your things and double as full-length mirrors. Enter through to your ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and dual vanities.
Guest Rooms
The first guest room features a plush queen-size bed, and the second offers a twin-size daybed and a twin-size trundle. Each room comes with pillows and blankets and a closet for clothes storage. You will fall asleep before your head hits the pillow!
Backyard
The backyard features a gorgeous covered patio area with an outdoor Smart TV outfitted with seating for all your family and friends! Test your skills on the Putt Putt course and see if you have what it takes! It doesn't get any better than this!
Bathrooms
Both Bathrooms feature a shower and come with fluffy towels, soap, conditioner, shampoo, and Body Wash.
Laundry Room
A brand new Washer & Dryer and ironing board is available as needed!

- Pool heat is available for $150/day and must be requested 24-48 hours before check-in. Please note that pool heat must be paid for the entire stay and cannot be purchased for select days.
- Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). Please be aware that this is subject to change based on fluctuating outdoor temperatures.
- The hot tub is available for use from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and again from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Spa heat is complimentary. It operates separately from the pool, though it is connected to the pool system.
- The pool lights operate daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce.
