Very nice suite. Clean. Hosts quickly respond. Had a bit of an issue checking in as room was not quite ready but we were able to drop our bags off and go for a quick bite to eat so that was fine. Suite was on second floor which was a bit of an issue getting all our bags in and out

This apartment is wonderful! Two large bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Small kitchen, but we didn't need this (aside from wine glasses) since there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator if that is of concern re: baggage.

Lovely apartment! Rooms were nice and big by European standards. Bathrooms were very clean; kitchen wardrobe was great!!Nothing negative to say about this place. The property is a wonderful location with comfortable beds and we felt secure. It’s close to all the attractions and great food. The stairs getting in are narrow, but doable. The living dining area was smaller than expected, but adequate. Our hosts were awesome and responded quickly to all my questions. We appreciated the quick responses. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in a beautiful city!

Place does't look like the pictures. Dark/scary when you walk in & where is the light switch? Climb 3 sets of stairs... apt is on 3rd floor! No beautiful white 4 poster bed. No "kitchen". Big issue with mold in bathroom (mold sporeshealth hazard)There was 1 thin bath towel for each of us for 4 nights! Pictures show 4 pillows on bed... only 2 thin pillows. No blanket... light bedspread. Dresser useless because it is old & smelly & the wood was split open when you pull open the drawers. Bathroom sink is 8" wide so water spills on floor every time it is used. Host said to leave Euros in cash for city tax when we left. Never heard of such a thing. How could we prove we paid without a receipt from them? After checking out host sent text saying to pay by PayPal since we didn't leave cash, so I did within the hour & I sent host receipt of payment. Host then said never mind we took it out of your damage deposit. Then the next day they unlawfully charged my credit card without my permission. Not sure how they got my card number. I have proof of all of this via video, pictures, written correspondence. I spent hours on the phone with VRBO, PayPal & my bank. I emailed VRBO pictures of the misrepresented property & mold. I now know that VRBO would have accommodated us elsewhere had we notified them of the issues right away. Host ignored me when I requested reimbursement for overpayment. VRBO has been dealing with them. Host still hasn't refunded me!! They have other properties! BEWARE!

We had some difficulty with the door to the apartment but once in everything was fine. Personally I would have liked more light and maybe more of a sitting area. but the unit itself was well maintained and conveniently situated.
