SPACE TO ENTERTAIN & UNWIND This recently remodeled townhome is cozy and packs a big punch with great design and flow. Upon arriving, you walk right into an open-concept space designed for entertaining and mingling. The HGTV-inspired kitchen is well-equipped for prepping savory meals and insta-worthy cocktails. White shaker cabinets, granite countertops, professional series stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and fridge with ice-maker, and a large island with seating for 4. Just bring your food; we have silverware and cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, tea kettle, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, serving platters, and more.
The kitchen opens right into the living area, featuring a comfy oversized sofa (which folds out to a queen-size memory foam sleeper sofa), and a large Smart TV. The sliding glass door off the living area leads out to the sunny private patio, with table for dining al fresco, a cozy seating, and propane grill. There is fast wi-fi throughout the home, a washer/dryer that you are welcome to use off the Patio, as well as 2 assigned covered parking spots. Additional free parking available on the street.
COMMUNITY FEATURES The quiet, intimate community features a community swimming pool (pool is sunny but not heated) and is adjacent to the Scottsdale Greenbelt for 11+miles of paved walking/running/biking trails! The perfect place for a morning run or walk with your pups. And yes, the community is dog-friendly so bring your fur-kids with you on vacation! (Some restrictions & fees apply. Additional fees may incur at checkout if there is excessive pet hair, damage to the property, or not cleaning up after your pet.)
GUEST ACCESS Guests will have access to the whole townhome, covered parking and the community swimming pool (pool is not heated). Guests will receive their welcome message and custom code for the keypad a day prior to arrival. Guests will access the property through the digital keypad at the front door. Check-in is after 4:00pm. Each guest will receive a custom passcode for the duration of their stay that will time out automatically at 10:00AM on the day of departure.
THE GOODS This home is well equipped and fully furnished, including linens and towels for each guest. We provide a "starter pack" amount of basic essentials. Please plan accordingly to purchase/bring enough supplies and groceries to last for the duration of your stay. There are numerous grocery stores w/in 1 mile of the townhome.
1x MONTH CLEANINGS REQUIRED FOR STAYS 28+ DAYS Please note for guests staying over 28 days, we require 1x/month cleanings to maintain the quality of our home and linens. Cleanings are $200/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
DOG-FRIENDLY We certainly understand that dogs are family too. We do allow well-behaved / potty-trained dogs with some restrictions per the HOA. There is a $250 pet fee. Additional fees may incur for longer duration stays, excessive pet hair/deep cleaning, pet damage to the property, or not cleaning up the yard after your pet. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please let us know if you would like us to provide a 24"x36" crate. If you arrive on-site with an unapproved pet, your reservation may be terminated immediately. Please contact the host for more information on our pet policy. * SORRY - NO CATS! *
FREE ONSITE PARKING There are numerous uncovered parking spots and free street parking available adjacent and surrounding the Townhome. There are also 2 assigned COVERED parking spots with direct rear access into the unit.
SMART HOME DEVICES We use smart home technology throughout the property to improve your experience and ensure our vacation home does not become a nuisance in any way to the neighbors. Devices include Nest Thermostat (AC is adjustable to a low of 70 degrees), Ring Video Doorbell (front exterior), Ring Security Camera (rear exterior) and NoiseAware. NoiseAware is a privacy-compliant noise monitor which immediately alerts the host if there is a violation of the noise policy. We provide SmartTVs at our properties so you can log into your personal TV/streaming apps.
EXCESSIVE ENERGY USAGE POLICY This property is intended for standard residential use only. Activities that result in excessive or abnormal utility consumption are not permitted, including but not limited to: - Cryptocurrency mining - Data or server hosting - Running commercial-grade equipment - Any activity designed to generate income or requiring unusually high electrical load Utility usage is actively monitored. If a guest’s usage significantly exceeds normal household consumption levels, the guest agrees to be financially responsible for excess utility charges. Excess usage will be calculated based on the property’s historical average utility consumption for the same time period over the prior 12 months, adjusted for seasonality and occupancy. Charges will be billed to the guest after checkout and may be deducted from the security deposit or charged through the booking platform. Violation of this policy may also result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

Well Supplied To Make Life Easy
The townhouse is extremely well supplied making the stay easy. The guidebook left by the host is excellent with recommendations and maps - a great help for finding everything in the area. My husband was pleased with the kitchen-ware (he cooks for us) including a nice range of spices. I was pleased that the YouTubeTV app allowed me to watch the local PBS station.

Great place!
An adorable place that met all of our expectations and was definitely true to how it was advertised. When I messaged the owner about another property that we were planning to stay in and let her know where our family was in the vicinity, she suggested that we stay at this property instead of the other one as it is closer to our family. We really appreciated that. The owners took a lot of care into decorating and making this place stand out! They included a very large binder filled with information about the history of the area as well as things to do which was personalized by the owner which gave it a lot of personality. I highly recommend staying here!

Cute townhome in perfect location close to Old Town Scottsdale!
This property was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 12 year old). The house was clean, had adorable decor, and had all the amenities we needed. One call out is that the laundry room (washer/dryer) was located outside unit on the back patio. Mornings were 30 degrees so made laundry a bit chilly. Other than that, it was fantastic! We appreciated the owner's quick communication and would stay here again!

Olivia’s 10th Beagle Year Celebration
Loved this short trip away from the day to day routine! Took my beagle Olivia as a first time trip on the road to celebrate her 10 years of life. There are so many pet friendly places. I went on several hikes and dog parks. Close to Chaparral Park which has the biggest and best off leash area. Honorable mentions to Papago and McCormick Railroad Parks both so close and free! This townhouse was great, the house manager was friendly, and had great communication. House had all the basics. I didn’t spend much after buying groceries. All went well and I thank you for opening your home!

Super Cute Townhome in Scottsdale
The Townhome was just perfect for our extended holiday vacation in Scottsdale. It's not easy finding excellent, updated, pet-friendly accommodations when you travel. Great location! Lots of walking trails not far from the front door. Perfect place to relax and unwind at the end of a long day. We would not hesitate to stay again!
