The host was responsive and timely to any of my inquiries. The location is great, walking distance to the mall, Old Town, and Camelback Cholla trailhead. Laundry is for a fee in the complex. The complex is quiet, beautiful grounds. The pool is literally 20 steps from the back door and felt like a private pool most days. I did visit in December so it was cooler so not as many people willing to use the pool. There were miltiple nice lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The grounds are immaculate. The condo had all the essentials, making my stay convenient.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. He was very open and communicated well. The rooms were very clean. I appreciated that the basic bathroom amenities were provided. I would recommend adding a plastic shower curtain behind the cloth curtain in the bathroom upstairs. The kitchen was well organized, but I couldn’t find oven mitts. I also appreciated that there were fans in the bedrooms, it did get warm at night and those were very helpful. Overall, a good stay and I would stay here again!

5 stars all around for this VRBO. Townhouse was really clean. Both bedrooms have very comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of towels for both bathrooms and pool. Loved that the pool is right out backdoor. The location of this townhouse was perfect for our stay. It is close to any activity in the Scottsdale area for hiking, shopping and dining. Communication with host from day of booking to checkout was amazing. Highly recommend.

Property is well kept. Owner Ryan is amazing! Was easy to work with when airlines changed our flight times. He even texted us about a power outage and when it would be back on. Through the week he checked on us a couple times and on last day thanked us and offered to have us back the next time we visit our son. First time using a VRBO. Could not have been any better. Left us bottled water, everything we needed for bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. 110% recommend using this rental if you need a place to stay.

We had a great stay at this VRBO. It is located so close to everything. Fashion Square Mall is within walking distance. Camelback mountain is so close. The walking paths are all over. We enjoyed the pool. If you wanted to BBQ there are grills just outside. The complex was quiet. I would highly recommend it.

Great Stay

Had a great stay at this cute condo! Owner was responsive to my questions. Bedrooms are upstairs with one full bath in the hall, other full bath is downstairs which was fine for me and my daughter. Kitchen is small but has all the amenities. There was coffee in the cabinet which came in very handy for my cross country trip. Property was very clean. Would stay again!

We love to explore the world, but for 2020 we 'made lemonade' out of the year and ventured to our neighboring state of Arizona to see all that it has to offer.

Per our friend's suggestion, we explored Scottsdale and it was love at first sight!

Just recently, we uprooted from California and moved permanently to the Phoenix area.

We happily share our 'humble abode' with those looking to explore Scottsdale.

Location, location, location!!

Whenever we travel, having instant amenities to 'all the fun things' is of the highest priority. This Scottsdale residence is no exception.

Being one who enjoys exercise and leisurely walks, our place is conveniently located next to restaurants, retail shops, movie theatre and nightlife.

One could walk into and around 'Old Town' if they felt inclined to get some added exercise during their stay.
