As you enter the home, you'll find an exciting game room featuring a regulation pool table, 12' shuffleboard, 65" TV, and 2 person gaming console with 3500 + games.

Coming from the foyer, you'll enter the great room where you can cheer on your favorite team watching Sony BRAVIA 85" Class- X90CK Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV smart HDTV or stream your favorite shows using our Gigablast WIFI.

Next, we bringing you to the Chef's kitchen. Equipped with high-end Wolf appliances including a 60" gas range w/ double ovens you can enjoy cooking - or hire a professional chef to do the heavy lifting. All appliances, cookware included; with some unique items: Kitchenaid mixer and wafflemaker.

You'll have a spacious master bedroom 1 with a king bed and en suite bathroom with double vanity sinks with a soaker tub. It also includes a Twin daybed w/ trundle. This bedroom includes a Samsung 65" - TU700D Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV.

In master bedroom 2, you'll enjoy a King bed with 1Twin XL bed, 1 Twin pull out as well as an ensuite bathroom double vanity walk-in shower. Sony BRAVIA 65" Class - X90CK Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV.

Bedroom 5 has 1 King bed with 1 XL Twin bed and with a Twin XL trundle. Forgot your shampoo? Coming December 5, 2022 this bedroom will also include a Samsung 65" - TU700D Series - 4K UHD LED LCD TV.

No worries, we provide shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and body bars. Other toiletries available if needed.

Relax and enjoy mountain views against the spectacular backdrop of the Sonoran Desert around the fire pit and outdoor patio or play any game you want like bocce, corn hole, giant Jenga on the 6000+ sq feet of turf. Equipped with a Heated pool, diving board, Sports Court, Ping Pong table, and Ramada with fireplace and built-in BBQ grill with outdoor TV.

Our outdoor pool has 6 chaise lounges, oversized umbrella, and Ramada with table seating for 10 with extra chairs throughout the patio.

Start your day with morning yoga on the green space in the shadow of Mummy Mountain before beginning your day's activities or settling into a relaxing day at the pool. Yoga mats, pool floats, towels, Blue tooth speaker, suntan lotion, and more available for your enjoyment and ease.

When it's time to go home you can leave with clean clothes, we have a washer and dryer ready for your use, including a variety of detergents and softeners. We also have a Wifi printer and charging station, and extra toiletries in case you forgot a toothbrush. During your stay, you'll have access to a 2-car garage to keep your car out of the sun and ample parking in the driveway.

You'll be minutes from Spring Training. You will be 15 minutes from the TPC Scottsdale golf course which is home of the Phoenix Open, February 7 - 13 2022.

Close to some of the valley’s best hiking (Camelback Mountain), golf courses, Scottsdale nightlife, sports bars, nightclubs, and the Valley’s premier shopping centers (FASHION SQUARE MALL, The Biltmore, Scottsdale Quarter, and Scottsdale Borgatta shopping and dining) you are only minutes away from something to do.

The Camelback Country Club clubhouse is within 200 yards of the house it was recently renovated by Marriott and is a great course. Other Top Valley golf courses like Paradise Valley, Talking Stick resort, Phoenician, Silverado, McCormick Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Top Golf, Stonecreek & Starfire are just minutes away as well.

Paradise Valley has some of the best bike riding available and people come from all over the valley to cycle through the Paradise Valley Streets.

Other attractions include some of the valley’s best hiking spots, Salt River Fields, Talking Stick Resort and Casino, Old Town Scottsdale (The Greatest NightLife) Dolce Spa, Phoenix Zoo, and the Desert Botanical Gardens.

Guest access:
Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, our home is located in a quiet neighborhood of other multi-million dollar homes. Mummy Mountain Paradise offers the ultimate vacation resort amenities. We are close to all three major Scottsdale thoroughfares, Scottsdale RD, Hayden Rd, and the 101. The 101 freeway, which will take you anywhere else you need to go!

You will be approximately 12 miles (15-minute drive) from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 28 miles (35-minute drive) from Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.

Other things to note:
Enhanced Cleaning Protocols: We take a thoughtful approach to set an even higher bar of cleanliness to make sure you and your family have a pleasant – and more importantly safe stay. All linens are washed hot with detergent and Lysol® laundry sanitizer. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, wiped down with Clorox® cleaning wipes, and then sprayed with Microban’s 24-hour Sanitizing Aerosol Spray. All non-washable fabrics are treated with Clorox® fabric sanitizer. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer is available throughout the house – as well as Dial® antibacterial hand soap and Dawn® dishwashing soap for the kitchen and laundry room sinks.

Property cannot be used as an event center, wedding venue, or party house. Guesthouse occupied. Noise curfew from 10 pm and to 6 am; civil and financial penalties apply.

Property Rules and Other Information: Please be considerate of neighbors; outdoor quiet time required between the hours of 10 pm to 6 am.

Guests are responsible for any fines, tickets and/or violations issued. No parties, events, or gatherings.

Property only available for use by registered guests; fines including cancellation without refund may apply.

Noise, occupancy, or other unlawful violations will result in immediate removal from property.

No smoking or pets allowed indoors; a $2,500 cleaning, deodorizing, and a sanitizing fee will be charged if the rule is broken.

Guests shall be responsible for all damage, breakage, and/or loss to the property.

The Owner is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to any person or his / her possessions. Property owners next door.

For the cooler months, the pool can be heated to 82 degrees for $150 per day; a solar blanket will cover the pool at night and when not use to maintain temperature. Heating the pool requires 24 hours’ notice. Ambient temperature at night may affect heating conditions.

Reservations are limited to the number of guests in accepted booking; additional fees will apply for additional guests. Subletting is prohibited. Additional nights may be added at published rates if available. Government-issued identification required upon check-in.
