The Pines at Ore House condos are ideally located between the ski area base and downtown Steamboat Springs. They are situated on the complimentary shuttle route -- a quick 5-minute ride and you are at the ski resort or having dinner downtown! If you prefer to stay close to home, you are within walking distance of two major shopping areas including restaurants and grocery stores.
LIVING AREA
The living room has vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace. Kick back and relax on two sofas while watching the 55” flat-screen smart TV with apps and a DVD player. Cable and high-speed internet are included.
KITCHEN & DINING
Create hearty dishes in the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
When it’s time to eat, gather for festive vacation meals at the six-person dining table or perch at the breakfast bar for two.
BED & BATH
This condo sleeps eight in three bedrooms. High thread-count sheets ensure a good night’s sleep.
The upstairs master bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, 37” flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, and a 32” flat-screen TV. The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination. A twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin bed are found in the third bedroom, as well as a 32” flat-screen TV and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Step out to the balcony and breathe the fresh mountain air. The private outdoor space is complete with a bistro table, two chairs, and a mountain view. Fire up the grill and enjoy an afternoon barbeque.
Enjoy access to two covered outdoor hot tubs after a fun day exploring the mountains.
EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS
Unassigned parking is available for two vehicles in the open parking lot. A washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and cable TV are provided.
Access to the condo is via one flight of steps.
This rental does not have air-conditioning.
THE LOCATION
Walk to two major shopping areas that include restaurants, two grocery stores, sporting goods shops, Walgreens, and a liquor store.
Hop aboard the complimentary city shuttle and enjoy a 5-minute ride to the ski resort or a 5-minute ride to downtown. The shuttle picks up every 10 minutes in the winter and the shuttle stop is a 3-minute walk from the front door (yes, we timed it!).
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
