Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Baudinard-sur-Verdon. It has a floor area of 90 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a shower room, and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 40 m² living room with a TV and a fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8 x 4 m), open from 1 May to 30 September (dates subject to change depending on weather conditions).
