The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, fully renovated house with a swimming pool for rent in the commune of Tourgéville. With a surface area of 130 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of approximately 4,800 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and wardrobes with hangers
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and wardrobes with hangers

An outbuilding is also available on request.

The house is ideally located in Tourgéville, in a very pleasant rural setting. You will have access to all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Deauville and the beaches are only 10 minutes away.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house (2 vehicles).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. Rubbish must be disposed of in the bins provided at the end of the street on the right as you leave.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
- The barbecue in the accommodation is in working order and charcoal is provided.
- A person responsible for maintaining the pool and garden visits regularly. You will be notified if a visit is scheduled during your stay.
