Elk Ridge Lodge is a stylish four-bedroom, three-bath home at the base of Prospect Mountain. It is in a peaceful mountainous setting with magnificent views and an outdoor hot tub!
We are eight minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park's entrance and Downtown.

LIVING ROOM:
The moss-rock gas fireplace, unique to the Rocky Mountains, will leave you in awe as soon as you enter the living room. The open-concept floor plan is perfect for spending quality time with family, as it provides easy access to the living room, kitchen, dining area, and sunroom. It's the ideal setting for dining, as you can enjoy the breathtaking mountain views from the front bay window and the back deck simultaneously. You can spend time visiting with family, watching movies, streaming your favorite shows on the large-screen TV, playing board games, or curling up by the fireplace with a book.

KITCHEN/DINING:
The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts beautiful granite-tile countertops, warm wooden cabinets, and ample space for meal preparation. It includes stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to cook for your family and friends. The dining area is adorned with a stunning rod-iron chandelier and a custom-made wooden table that comfortably seats eight, making it a perfect place for creating memories. The breakfast bar also provides extra seating for two people. You can enjoy the fresh mountain air by opening the sliding glass door that leads to the deck, which has a gas grill and comfortable deck furniture. You can also spend your evenings sitting beside the warm gas fire pit while sipping your favorite beverage.

SUNROOM:
Curl up with a good book in the sunroom and enjoy the views of wildlife. There is also a side porch with a hot tub for relaxation!

GAME ROOM:
Along with its hot tub, the game room is the hallmark of this home! This family-friendly space allows you to spark up a game of foosball, darts, or cards while watching movies on the big screen TV. There is an additional gas fireplace on this Level. There is a full bathroom just off the game room for your convenience.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
All of our bedrooms feature soft, high-quality linens and pillows, reading lamps, & a ceiling/box fan.

Primary Suite (Top/Main Level): This suite has a king-sized memory foam bed and a private bathroom with tub/shower. Enjoy the mountain breeze from the ceiling fan and the south—and west-facing windows overlooking the Property and the mountains.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 (Top/Main Level): These bedrooms feature a comfortable queen-sized bed and overhead ceiling fan. They share a common full bathroom on the same Level. They have direct access to the front deck. From here, you can sit in the rockers, enjoy breathtaking sunrises, or watch the summer fireworks over Lake Estes.

Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): This bedroom is just off the game room. It has a twin loft bed, a single twin bed, and a full-size futon. It shares the full common bathroom on this Level.

All bathrooms have refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap dispensers, hair dryers, and makeup remover wipes. We also supply toilet paper and tissues.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
The laundry room, located off the two-car garage, has a full-size washer and dryer. Laundry essentials, iron, and ironing board are provided.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
For those days you want to stay in and relax, or after a long day's hike, Elk Ridge Lodge provides a beautiful backyard deck with a barbeque grill, gas-operated fire pit, and outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy family and friends any time of the day.

Remember to enjoy the front deck, which offers beautiful views of Estes Park's eastern mountain range and Lake Estes. Estes Park's annual 4th of July fireworks show is held at Lake Estes, and you can enjoy the entire show from the front deck of Elk Ridge Lodge. There are no crowds, no traffic, just pure enjoyment!

This home is in a quiet neighborhood at the base of Prospect Mountain, close to Estes Park Golf Course and not far from the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Two minutes from Downtown with great restaurants, its location also offers the perfect place to view wildlife, gaze at the night sky, and feel secluded.
