What a great place to stay - near RMNP but not in the hustle/bustle that is downtown Estes Park! Appreciated the thoughtful touches likes games, welcome treats, and enough hooks for jackets/towels. Hope to return to this beautiful place again some day!

Absolutely Wonderful

We loved our stay here! It was clean and very comfortable with any extras we could have needed, like a booster seat and pack and play. We loved the close proximity to the National park. It was just a 5 minute drive which was perfect because we went into the park everyday. We also loved the quiet neighborhood with the great views. Thank you so much for this beautiful place to stay!

My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was an awesome location to get into RMNP, and after long days hiking, we so enjoyed the comfort of the home! Perfect Estes Park and RMNP Home

This was our second stay at Leah and Tom's condo. We love the location, just outside of town and it's proximity to hiking in the park. Our hosts have made the space very comfortable, and the views from the deck with our morning coffee were beautiful. The house is very clean and the kitchen has everything you might need. Would love to stay here again!

This place just made my heart happy I’m so many ways…. Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful home! It was perfect for our family of 4 plus the grandparents. The view from the back deck was beautiful and the location was perfect! It was so close to downtown that we made a trip to Hayley’s Ice Cream every night for their delicious homemade ice cream. The house was spotless with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home!

Condo was absolutely stunning. Very well appointed, comfortable beds and seating areas including power recliners looking out towards the mountains. Had everything we needed. Reserved parking spot in an absolute fantastic location just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle. If (when) we ever visit RNMP again, we'll be looking to reserve this condo again! Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay and the condo is beautiful, well stocked and beautiful views. We had elk out our backdoor every morning & evening. Only complaint is the deck needed more lighting, hard to see while grilling in the evening. Not much parking for more than two cars. We would love to visit again!!!!

Beautiful Place close to RMNP Entry

The townhouse had wonderful views and was perfect for two couples, but would also work for families since the downstairs has two queen beds and a couch in the living area. Both upstairs and downstairs had a deck with gorgeous views as well as living rooms. The area was very quiet and was only a few miles from both the main part of town and the entrance to the park. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again. While we drove to town several times for meals, we enjoyed being away from the hustle & bustle for quiet evenings and mornings.

What an incredible stay! We were welcomed by a generous and thoughtful gift basket. The view was absolutely gorgeous! Within an hour of arrival we saw both mule deer and elk in the meadow. Coyotes were also spotted down the road. The house was perfect! We are looking forward to another stay, hopefully in the near future!

Gorgeous Home, Amazing Hosts

The property is perfect - we love this neighborhood for it's proximity to many things, and Leah and Tom's spot is outstanding. Lots of time spent on the upper patio with elk and deer visitors throughout the week. Amazing storms rolling in over the Mummy Range which turned into gorgeous rainbow afternoons later. Cozy but spacious; everything we needed.

Exceptional Property

Look no further......Absolutely everything about this property met or exceeded our expectations! Perfect location with a gorgeous view of the mountains and overlooking a meadow where we enjoyed observing elk and deer. Spacious, well furnished and immaculately clean. Very close to RMNP entrance, great restaurants and a market for grocery shopping. Without question would highly recommend, we hope to return for additional stays.

This property was amazing. Great location. Close to Estes Park and RMNP. The views from the deck were beautiful....Mountain View galore! Saw lots of deer and elk nightly. Owners very responsive! Estes Park fabulousness

Leah and Tom have a great property in Estes Park. The setting is sublime and the accommodations equal the setting. The townhome has all your needs and Leah and Tom are always at they ready if anything is amiss. I also want to mention the glorious mattresses on all the beds-so comfortable! Prior to our trip, Leah was always in touch via email and without her ques we would have not known about the timed entry into RMNP. Thank you! This is just an awesome place!

Absolutely Wonderful

Tom & Leah’s home is absolutely beautiful. We have stayed in rental properties all over the world and this was hands down one of the nicest ones we have stayed in. The views were incredible. It was immaculate and we loved the gift basket. The patio was a great place to watch for wildlife. We saw tons of elk and had a hummingbird who visited us in the mornings. I cannot recommend this place enough. I loved that the neighborhood was quiet and not full of wild parties. It was perfect for our family too. Hopefully we can visit again one day.

We have floor to ceiling windows in our great room which overlook the incredible Rocky Mountains! It's truly breathtaking!
We are just 3 miles away from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park (Moraine Park Entrance) and 4 miles from downtown Estes Park!
Lily Lake is just 3 miles away, up the Peak to Peak Scenic Byway (Colorado Hwy 7). It is a local favorite, ideal for a picnic or short walk around the lake that is good for the whole family!

Our property looks out to Mary's Lake and has amazing views of the Colorado Rockies right out the back door! We often see elk in the meadow right outside our back window and deck. In the Fall we were blessed to hear them bugling!
