Fall Family Trip

Great place. This had plenty of room for our family and everyone was comfortable. Location is awesome right off the golf course and we had elk in our view every day. Kitchen was stocked adequately to prepare meals. Great balcony to sit and take in the views.

Thanksgiving weekend getaway

We loved this house! It was clean and welcoming! Major plus was the beds were all very comfortable except the one downstairs but that wasn’t being used for us so it was fine! Loved the location and will be staying there again next year!

Great Mountain Views

We have been coming to Estes Park for the past 14 years always in September.This was our first time to celebrate Christmas in Estes Park and we were Extremely excited.We were very disappointed in the Christmas decorations in the house(there were none on the outside) they were very sparse and on the very low end for cost. We had to purchase our own Christmas tree skirt and tree ornaments (there were only 3 ornaments on the tree)The house itself was very roomy for our party of 7 with plenty of bathrooms for everyone, but is in need of some updating. The bathroom linens also need updated(stains on towels and cloths)The views were Amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub and fireplaceOverall we enjoyed our stay and would consider renting again.

This trip was all about Time and this house was perfect getaway from 4 bedrooms, to the fabulous dining room table, comfortable living areas & the kitchen had everything we needed and it was so close to town! Perfect stay for a family!

Wonderful Stay at Estes Park Home!

We had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely come again! Spacious and comfortable with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. We saw lots of elk which was fun and we also loved the proximity to town. The house was very well stocked and looked after. One of the best ones we've stayed in for sure.

Perfect location/house

We loved everything about this location and the house itself. It was perfect for our 7 adult group. It’s very close to downtown without having to deal with all of the traffic. Lots of walking/hiking spots close and being right on the golf course made for great scenery. Very clean and lots of space for bigger groups.

Cozy

We really enjoyed our stay it was cozy and clean and loved that we had a lot of kitchen items. The only issues with the property that I noticed is the washer wasn’t working- there are no towels for the hot tub which is very inconvenient & it was hard to keep warm in some parts of the house and it was super hot in the basement. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Golf weekend

I believe this property is better than advertised. Had a great time over the weekend with the proximity yo the course. Wished I had golfed better but the two bull elks hanging around the 17th green the morn we checked out made up for whatever poor drives I had the day before. Would do this again in a heartbeat!

Nice home with no heat and air

Nice property. A little dated but OK for us. The hot tub was nice. There was no information on the heat and air in the home. We got there and it was HOT and I tried thermostats and contacted the host and finally got an answer that there is no air conditioning. It would have been helpful for some tips for regulating the temperature. Very warm in the daytime and cold at night. I don't know if there was heat as we were not given any directions. Also, we tried to get in a few minutes early and could not so had to make a mad dash for a bathroom in a town we didn't know. We couldn't get a quick response.

Elkview Lodge Stay

The house was beautiful and nicely accommodated our extended family. It was conveniently located to shopping for souvenirs, lunch/dinner and groceries. It was also close to Rocky Mountain National Park. Our destination was hiking every day and this home made it easy for us to do just that. The only downside for us was that there was no air conditioning in the home. The mornings and evenings/nighttime were fabulous because it was quite cool and there are plenty of windows to open to enjoy the cool air but it got quite hot in the afternoons and early evenings. Being from Texas, we understand heat but it was uncomfortable. However, in the evening, the hot tub was wonderful and we even cooked smores in the firepit outside. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation and loved the home.

Elk View Lodge, Estes Park

Elk View Lodge is a great place in a very convenient location; easy to find, easy to get to. We had more than enough space and the view through the the gargantuan windows had my undivided attention. The neighbors are friendly too. The kitchen is well supplied, nothing was lacking. The house looked like the photos! No surprises, yey!

Amazing and better than pictures!

This was a phenomenal property- the pictures are top notch but we found the property even better in person. We arrived on the day of a snowstorm and the driveway was plowed for us within a few hours of the snow stopping. Great spaces all throughout the house. We enjoyed a movie night with surround sound on the ground floor and our favorite spot was all of the seating by the enormous windows. We have traveled to Estes for many years and this is by far our favorite home we’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to book again!
