Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay for a family

We enjoyed the place very much. It has all the necessary appliances, the location and the pool are definitely a great plus too.

Our Place

Property was great. People were friendly. It is well maintained. Pool is nice and big. Checking in was not easy. Through no fault of the owners, I did not recieve an email or text explaining where to pick up my package with car parking passes or pool fob for access through the booking agent. Once I got what I needed, the trip was nice.

In desperate need of TLC and maintenance

I am very disappointed in this property. It was extremely dated, and the furniture (beds, couches, etc.) was very uncomfortable. There was still sand on the floor from whoever was there previously. Both the bathroom and the dishwasher had a leak - though they expected you to wash and put away all dishes in the condo. The pool was only open until 4 p.m. This place needs an overall - I would not recommend it.

Great for the price.

Was to have friends come but they could not make it so it was just me there for 3 nights. The place is nice a bit out dated furnishing wise, but for a rental everything you need when it comes to just laying your head down and sleeping. Out door furniture needs to be replaced as its old and warn out. The bath rooms are again out dated and small but will get the job done. I did have an issue with the main bath not being cleaned and the toilet left unflushed, the master baths toilet seat was loose but again nothing that wasn't something that could be lived with. For the rate I got it at, and potentially others can get it at, you can't go wrong, especially if you don't mind being at the northern end away from the hustle and bustle. Overall "good rental." It's not the best, but absolutely not the worse rental I've stated in.

Decent for the cost

I’ll start with the place was very clean when we arrived, it also has a really great Pool although hours are limited for use. It is very dated and is in need of a major facelift. Very limited lighting, decent bedroom size however over furnished so it makes them tight. Water pressure left something to be desired in the showers and they did not drain well. It is a 3 story walk up so be prepared to get your steps in. The dishwasher was unusable to us as it seemed to fall forward when opening the door due to not being installed properly. The biggest issue we had was the unannounced arrival of a repair man to fix a door handle reported weeks before our arrival, fortunately we were there at the time but had we been out a complete stranger would have accessed the rental full of our belongings and we never would have known. Like I said in the title it was OK for the price point but we’d unlikely rent this unit again.

Cute place priced just right

Great location close to beach and bay. Very affordable compared to other places. Perfect size for what we needed. Pool was a bonus.
