2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with an outdoor pool! This second floor condo overlooks one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City! You're only 2 blocks and a short walk to the beach and Atlantic Ocean so this is the perfect vacation spot! This great condo has several recent upgrades including new kithcen appliances, new master bath, new hall bath, new washer/dryer and a new sleep sofa. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and twin bed on top. With the new queen sized sleep sofa in the living room, you can sleep 7 people comfortably. You'll enjoy a roku smart TV(with a new sound bar and subwoofer!) in the living room with free high speed internet/wifi. There are two unassigned parking spots. The outdoor pool is open seasonally, typically Memorial Day thru Labor Day. You're close to many great restaurants, bars, shopping and tons of other activities!

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $119.99. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
