Positively brimming with natural light, this four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhouse sits right on the beach in North Ocean City. This oceanfront escape offers ample space - both indoors and out - for taking in the beautiful setting.


Enjoy multiple levels of decking that look out over the ocean and the dunes, blissful air conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and a fully appointed kitchen with a dishwasher. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the living room, the den, and all of the four bedrooms.


This home is wonderfully located on the quieter, north side of Ocean City, just across the dunes from the beach. You'll be a little over a block from Coastal Highway and its many shops, restaurants, and attractions, and half a mile south of Northside Park's sports fields, fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, picnic area, two piers, gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
