Come and relax at this beautiful unit as you enjoy the gorgeous bay and ocean views from your large balcony. Listen to the waves crashing in the morning as you enjoy a cup of coffee as you ponder what fun the family will have that day. Inside, you will be treated to beautiful furnishings along with luxury vinyl and tile flooring throughout. The master bedroom has a huge king size bed to spread out and relax and the large master bath features marble countertops, a large shower along with a whirlpool bath. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights where you may want to stay in and eat. There are flat screen TVs in the living room and each of the bedrooms and of course free Wi-Fi. There is also a large washer and dryer for guest use.

The Belmont is in an excellent location on Dorchester Street. As soon as you come across the route 50 bridge you are practically there. You will love having two parking spots being near the boardwalk. You can park the cars and forget them as you will have easy access to all the rides and attractions on the boardwalk, shops, direct access to the beach, great fishing and of course the many fabulous restaurants. Need a break from the sand? There is a beautiful rooftop pool for your enjoyment along with a sauna and gym. Could this place be more perfect?

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit and complex.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.

* This condo is on the 7th floor. The Belmont is an elevator building.
* Two covered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront/ boardwalk building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is located in the inlet on Dorchester Street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo has a great view of the ocean and the bay. Outside seating is fabulous for relaxing and enjoying the view.. Very accommodating to our family of five. Excellent location as it provides close proximity to shopping, dining and of course the boardwalk. No need to drive anywhere, This is our third rental and cannot wait to return. My only complaint is that the blinds in the bedrooms need to be replaced. Some of the slats are missing and the early morning sunrise wakes you up quite early. Otherwise, perfect unit.

Breathtaking Views

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. Really don’t have to drive anywhere. It is all about location. Enjoyed long walks on the boardwalk and watching the sunsets. Relaxing and peaceful getaway. The only negative is that the kitchen was not very well stocked with dinner plates and silverware. The pots and pans could use an upgrade.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a friends weekend and this was the perfect spot. The condo is so spacious! We each had plenty of room to spread out. Our view was amazing. It was so nice to enjoy coffee on the balcony, or people watch in the evening! The beds were comfortable, the place was clean. We had a few technical questions throughout our stay and we received a very timely responses. We were also happy that parking was available on site. I would definitely rent this property again! 10/10!
