It features an attractive 28 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 50 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 28 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (190x90) with en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC

Second floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x190) with en-suite shower room and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: underfloor heating/cooling on the ground floor, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
