Walk 10 minutes to the beach or three minutes to Destin's best shopping, Destin Commons! Swim in the resort's massive lagoon pool (located just across the street) or soothe your body in the hot tub. Close the relaxing day with a glass of rosé in the sea breeze on one of two Southern-style wraparound balconies.

All guests must be 18+ (children with parents are allowed)

We provide a start of soaps, toiletries and paper towels You may need to buy more.
Pets allowed - Extra pet deposit and cleaning fees apply. $200 per pet with Maximum of 2 pets allowed. Weight must be less than 40 pounds for each animal. Cleaning fee is $100. Pet type/picture must be shared prior to booking. Pet must be crated if left alone in home or taken with guest.

Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages

No late check out or early check in.
If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $100 charge per hour
No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of God/other things that are beyond our control - We recommend travel insurance
You MUST sign rental agreement electronically after booking

Security:

Lock all windows and doors before leaving the house.
Turn off lights and electronics when not in use.
No parties or events unless prior arrangements are made with the host.
All overnight guests must be registered with the host.
Guests should comply with all posted parking rules / signs.

Balcony Area:

No more than 5 persons on the deck at any time.
No unattended children on the balcony/deck at any time
