Welcome to our apartment in front of the Promenade des Anglais.

Located on the fifth floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, equipped kitchen, washing machine, terrace, Wi-Fi...

In this studio apartment you will find a bathroom with shower, separate WC, open kitchen on the living room with a sofa bed and TV and access to the terrace.

Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

We will be there to advise you before and during your stay, available by phone or by email to answer any questions and make sure you spend a great stay at your home away from home.



Neighborhood



The apartment is in front of the beach and the Promenade des Anglais, Nice International Airport and the Tramway line (Fabron stop) to reach the city center in a few minutes.

Walk accross the street and you will arrive on the beach. You will also find many shops in the immediate neighborhood. (bakery, supermarket, banks, restaurants etc)

Walk along the Promenade des Anglais for 30 minutes and you will arrive in the city center, Massena Square, Old Town, the historic and lively area of Nice.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Fabron. Journey takes only 20 minutes and this stop is 50m away from the apartment.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 2km away, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can come in Nice by car and park in one of the few public parking of the city. The Parking Regency is 250m away.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
