The cabin is only about 1.25 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Our arrival instructions include the exact address and identify the cabin by the distinctive custom wooden flowers mounted on the exterior. We have not received recurring complaints about the mattresses. Mattress comfort is subjective, but this has not been an issue reported by other guests. The bunk room is designed as a children’s play and sleeping area with a compact ladder and padded flooring. We take the hot tub concern seriously. It is drained, scrubbed, refilled with fresh water, and chemically treated between every guest stay. While we sympathize with any medical issue, we cannot determine its cause based solely on timing. None of these concerns were reported to us during the four-night stay, so we had no opportunity to investigate or address them. This review is very different from the feedback we’ve received from more than 100 stays, and we encourage future guests to consider it alongside our extensive history of positive reviews.
