Outdoors, gather in the pool, or relax on one of the 8 lounge chairs surrounding the pool. The spa is just right at night, the perfect way to end the day under the desert stars. There is also a fire pit next to the spa, to accompany our gorgeous desert sunsets for the perfect evening ambiance. Fire up the grill on the large natural gas BBQ, complete with sink. You'll find that the seating areas for outdoor dining are abundant for all your alfresco dining desires. Let the dogs and kids run around the grassy lawn, also included on this oversize Palm Springs lot.

Indoors, tiled floors, high ceilings, and an open concept living, and kitchen area give the house a fluid feel. A large round dining table is located right when you walk in, and off on the other side is the great room and features a Smart Flatscreen TV, modern sectional for 8, and large windows that allow the Palm Springs sunshine to pour into the house. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops with two waterfall edges on the expansive islands, and is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware.

The spacious primary bedroom has a King bed, smart television, en-suite bathroom that is super luxe, with a large tiled walk-in shower and double vanities. The other main house guest bedrooms feature Queen size bed, smart television, ceiling fans, and comfy linens. Bedroom two and three share a hallway bathroom that also provides direct access to the outside pool deck. Bedroom four features all the same amenities including its own en-suite bathroom. The private attached casita showcases a Queen size bed, mini fridge, microwave, sink, and an en-suite bathroom with tiled shower.

Excellent location just minutes to the hustle and bustle of Downtown Palm Springs, the Palm Springs Art Museum, hikes at Indian Canyon, several restaurants and coffee shops, plus golf courses and tennis courts. Take I-10 or Highway 111 East to other desert cities, like Palm Desert, with famous El Paseo shopping district, or the Coachella and StoageCoach Music festival in Indio.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quite hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.

Friendly Reminder: Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $89 nightly or $445 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)
