The villa of the olive tree, recently renovated, is located in Villanova di Ostuni in a quiet residence, itself of recent construction, accessible by a remote-controlled portal.
The nearest beaches are located 300 mt from the villa (a few minutes’ walk). Choice between equipped beaches or a multitude of free beaches without any construction on the seaside (sandy beaches or rocky coast) accessible by a bicycle/pedestrian path or by car (free parking).
With an area of 60 m2, it is composed as follows:
. a day area comprising living room, kitchen (with induction plan and dishwasher) and dining room giving access to two covered terraces located at the front and rear of the villa,
. a sleeping area with a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower;
. an outdoor area of about 300 square meters with a garden and its secular olive tree, the two covered terraces, an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
The rental of 2 people provides access to only one bedroom.
The tourist tax applies to the first 5 days (2 euro per day per person over 12 years old), to be paid on the day of your arrival.
Electricity consume : included 150 kWh for 7 days (after 0,30 euro per kWh).
