Das Ingram Building befindet sich in der 720 5th Avenue South im Herzen der Altstadt von Neapel, inmitten des Unterhaltungs- und Restaurantviertels. Unser Gebäude besteht aus sechs exklusiven und privaten Residenzen im dritten Stock mit Balkonen mit Blick auf den Camier Park, das Von Liebig Art Center und das Sugdon Theatre. Unberührte weiße Sandstrände und einige der besten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Florida liegen vor Ihrer Haustür. Unsere einzigartigen Gästewohnungen verfügen alle über exotische brasilianische Kirschböden, massive Mahagonitüren und Schränke mit Granitoberflächen. Jede Residenz ist mit Antiquitäten und persischen Teppichen eingerichtet und verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Alle Residenzen verfügen über voll ausgestattete Waschräume mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Unser privater, beheizter Pool im zweiten Stock steht für unsere Aufgaben zur Verfügung. Das Ingram Building bietet auch WLAN und einen kostenlosen lokalen Telefonservice. Aufzüge befinden sich vorne und hinten.
Das Ingram Buliding ist eines der wenigen verbliebenen Familienunternehmen in der Altstadt von Neapel. Es war ursprünglich der Standort von Ingram Hardware, der die Region von Ende der 1940er bis 1980er Jahre bediente. Das Anwesen wurde entwickelt und wird von Dan Ruhl, dem Enkel des verstorbenen Roy Ingram, geführt.

This was one of the best vacations we have ever experienced. The condo was wonderful—comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, incredible location that offered something for everybody (easy walk to beach, nice pool, lovely park with tennis courts and playground equipment, and of course plenty of shopping and dining). Leslie and Dan were wonderful hosts and responded promptly when we had a question. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect location to enjoy everything Naples has to offer! This is our second time staying at this wonderful location! You can walk everywhere- beach, dinner, shopping, etc. and your parking spot is reserved right behind the building if you want to drive. The hosts are very responsive and the condo is fully equipped.

Great Naples Location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo right in the middle of the action on 5th Avenue in Naples, with dining, shopping and all amenities nearby. Best location and wonderful property

Right in the center of everything downtown, including a nice park directly behind it with a beautiful playground for our kids to enjoy. Property was clean and fully stocked. Owners are very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Naples at its best.

The place is spacious and nicely appointed. Having a washer and dryer in house was so convenient. The location is unbeatable in the heart of 5th avenue with so many shops, restaurants, great gelato, and within walking distance to the beach. We definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo and awesome location

This lovely condo is right in the heart of 5th Avenue. The condo was very clean. You can walk to the beach, dinner, shopping or just relax with your coffee on the balcony. The owners were two of the nicest hosts we have ever rented from and responded right away. There is a bit of noise, but it was an easy tradeoff for the awesome location.

The Best of Naples!

Located in the heart of the historic downtown area, this condo is right on 5th Avenue and you can walk almost everywhere. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious and well appointed unit. Dan and Leslie are fabulous hosts and very responsive. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Naples Stay

This perfectly located large condo was such a great place to enjoy Old Naples! We had plenty of space to enjoy the beautiful rooms as well as the amazing balcony overlooking Fifth Avenue. It was fun being in the middle of the action of 5 star restaurants, shops and within a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed. Very comfy beds. Great reserved parking situation. Dan was a superb host. Hope to return very, very soon!

Perfect Naples lovation

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment is tastefully decorated with antiques, fully equipped for a week or more stay. Being on Fifth Ave is great allthough couple of mornings we had early wake up by the pressure cleaning crew keeping the street clean. Defintely a trade off. It was very easy to communicate with owners. We will probably rent again when in Naples

Beautiful Suite

This Suite at the Ingram is beautifully decorated, updated and very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. If you are early to bed, be aware that a restaurant/bar across the alleyway (next door) is quite loud at night. If you are a night owl, it should make no difference. Manager Dan is very responsive and helpful. Enjoyed being able to explore such a large variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Also, if you love theatre, the Playhouse is right across the street!

The Owner of The Ingram Building has met with the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and the Code Enforcement Manager of The City of Naples, in hopes of resolving the noise issue in the alleyway as soon as possible. He has also had the restaurant remove all outside bar tables, and has the city on call to make sure that they operate with-in the sound Ordinances of the City Of Naples.

What a GEM!

The Ingram is the jewel of the Naples, Florida experience! The location is amazing! Our delightful and comfortable apartment directly overlooked 5th Avenue South where we could enjoy wine and chocolate from our balcony while observing the excitement below. Inside, we appreciated the spacious design, the majestic hardwood, the eclectic art, the curated furnishings and the large kitchen. The rooftop pool was an added bonus where we could meet other guests and enjoy Cambier Park concerts. The hosts, Dan and Leslie are wonderfully friendly and accommodating in every way. They reflect the ongoing pride, history and beauty that makes The Ingram residences so uniquely special--all of which adds up to a fabulous experience! We can't wait to return! Thank you for everything!

Exceptional in every way!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. Interior was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, every amenity provided, balcony was great overlooking 5th Ave for Christmas parade and people watching. Owners friendly, helpful and present, others residing there also very nice. We definitely will stay here again! Perfect location amongst all the luxurious attractions in Historic Naples. Location!!!

I have stayed here many times. Never been disappointed. Always clean and comfortable. The management/owners have always been attentive to our needs. Be warned, this is located right on 5th Avenue. There is traffic and some noise till the businesses close down for the day. We stay there for the location as we enjoy the all the restaurants and shops surrounding it. We will be back at the Ingram building next year!!
