The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 90 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Ax-les-Thermes, with ski station within walking distance. It can accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 200 m² garden. Bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofa and TV
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Separate toilet
Basement:
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with two bunk beds
- Bathroom with shower
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot.
Outside :
- 18 m² terrace to enjoy fine weather
- 150 m² enclosed garden
The apartment is ideally located in Ax-les-Thermes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
