Tehama Cottage is a split level home located within walking distance to the local zoo and the shuttle for Bear Mountain Ski Resort, as well as the golf course.

Upon entry you will find the family room to the left with a comfy sectional sofa and large flatscreen TV. Off the family room is the first bedroom with a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ample closet space and a three quarter bath off the hall.

The dining area is extra cozy with a wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, gas range/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is a high chair provided and a Keurig coffee machine.

You can gain garage access from the kitchen, step out into the garage where you will find a ping pong table, cornhole game and a full size washer and dryer provided for your use. There is a propane barbecue located just outside the garage.

Upstairs you will find the den area, with a Foosball table, kitchenette with a sink and mini fridge, upper deck access, an additional wood burning fireplace and a comfy sofa. There is a gaming console and flatscreen TV provided as well as a full size futon.

Down the hall is the second bedroom offering a queen bed with a twin over twin bunk and flatscreen TV. The third bedroom offers a full bed and twin over twin bunk. There is a full bath off the hall.

This home would be the perfect fit for two families as the upstairs provides a kitchenette and full bath.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit  
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7  
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.  
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you  
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Take trash to dumpster locations  
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines  
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
