This new custom remodel by Sixgen Rentals was completed in summer of 2022 and is now ready for your Lexington vacation. The space is perfect for hosting groups who appreciate a high end experience and great location to downtown. This property is equipped with large windows that allow for maximum natural light inside as well an outdoor porch with a view of the back yard firepit and Hot Tub, it's the perfect home away from home. This chef's open concept kitchen is the perfect place to host your next vacation dinner. It comes complete with everything you need and has an open floor plan that will make it easy for everyone in attendance feel right at home! The family room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day. It has an inviting gas log fireplace that'll keep you warm all winter! The bedrooms are all fitted with top of the line memory foam mattresses and pillows to ensure that you get a restful night's sleep. As a bonus the garage has been set up as a game room that will entertain kids and adults for hours. Foosball, pop-o-shot, darts and ping pong there is something for everyone! The outdoor area has been set up for the ultimate short term rental experience. There is a hot tub, lounge seating and a firepit to make many some great fireside memories. Perfect Home in the Middle of it All

We came to Lexington to go to Keeneland over Easter break. This house is absolutely wonderful and we will be returning to this same property. Beautiful yet cozy. And perfectly located to get where you need to go in Lexington. A must see!

St Patrick’s Day Weekend

This property was better than expected. It is very spacious and clean and allowed for a group of 6 adults to stay comfortably. All the furnishings were modern and made us feel as though we were staying in a luxury property. I’ll definitely be booking again on my next visit to Lexington!

We enjoyed the property. It was very clean. The game room was very much used with our children and us. Fire pit was nice. Location was perfect for where we wanted to go and things we wanted to do. Very nice place and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful house with plenty of room. Walkable to downtown area and fairly quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended for a UK sporting event or anything in the downtown area.

Great House in Lexington

This house lives up to everything you see in the photos. The house is an older house that has been well preserved and renovated with nice finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. It was the perfect house for a group of guys in town to see a Football game. Communication with the owner Seth was seamless and the coordination checking in and checking out was very easy. The house is located in a slightly transitional neighborhood, but we enjoyed walking to the restuarants and bars downtown. All of the amenities are exactly as advertised. The hot tub, the fire pit, and all the games are well maintained and fun to use while you are staying at the house. My friends and I would stay here again if we visit Lexington in the future.

Gorgeous home with all the amenities!

We stayed for a full week while my daughter competed at the Kentucky Horse Park for National Champs. It was a wonderful size house for our family and everyone felt comfortable and had their own space. The house had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts have thought of everything (multiple hair dryers, small sound/sleep machines, hot tub towels). The location was great, easy access to the Horse Park and also gave us the opportunity to explore University of Kentucky and the different neighborhoods and we also had time to sample the local restaurants which were delish! I would highly recommend and would stay again should we come back to Lexington.

Bourbon Trail/ 60th Birthday Celebration

Property was very clean and was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 10 and there was plenty of room. We felt safe walking to downtown restaurants. I would recommend walking a block over to Limestone Street if you plan on walking instead of following GPS.

Our group of 15 fit comfortably. Kitchen/Backyard areas great for meals/congregating. Location very close to downtown bars/restaurants. Host (Seth) very helpful and responsive throughout the weekend.

Great location and a great host

We stayed for a guys weekend to see a Kentucky basketball game. What a great house! Only 2 miles from Rupp and all the action downtown. Seth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. This house is absolutely perfect for large groups looking to enjoy downtown Lexington and it's surrounding area.

Super awesome house for a group!

My friends and I stayed here to celebrate my spouse's birthday. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were awesome, and all the amenities were great! It was a nice surprise to have such a well equiped kitchen; I was able to make brunch for the group with no issues.

Downtown Lexington Gem

My niece was married in downtown Lexington. This home was perfect for getting to the wedding and reception venue. Ten of us stayed here and had more than enough room. Bourbon Tour Stay

We had a blast staying here. We did a 2 day bourbon tour and had them pick us up from the VRBO each day. The property was clean and newly renovated. Centrally located for our activities. Plenty of beds and the putting green out back is a fun touch.

Nice, vacation home

This is a very nice home that has been recently renovated to accommodate folks coming into town. This includes upscale and modern appliances. It appears that the goal was to allow a large number of people to be comfortable in the home. For the six of us it was more than enough space. As with any vacation home, there were a few minor issues that were more in the nuisance category than significant issue. There were plenty of communications from the owner, but they all seemed to be automated, including noise alerts (caused by a storm). Responses back to these messages, and other communications either didn’t get through or were ignored. The game room is a very nice touch, but is in a dirty, dusty garage. Again, for us, these were minor issues and overall we enjoyed our time in Lexington.

Even better than the listing!

What a wonderful time! The pictures for this location do not do it justice. It has been absolutely beautifully designed and redone. The rooms a spacious with comfortable beds and the upstairs lpft is big enough for a whole family. The backyard and game room activities are fun for everyone. You are close to many local breweries and restaurants with tons of yummy door dash options as well. If you prefer to cook the large kitchen is perfect. I will definitely stay here again!

Downtown Lexington

The curb appeal and inside of the house were amazing. We loved the style, features, space and multiple full bathrooms. Also the owner was very accommodating and had a great price. Experience was marked down because of the surrounding neighboorhood and corner lot location. When we left to go anywhere we encountered numerous individuals doing drugs on the sidewalks or passed out day or night less than half mile from the house. The house is a corner lot at a stop light. Road noise was not an issue during the day with tv on or doing activities, but at night loud vehicles idiling, blasting music or speeding through area woke up numerous members each night. This was even while using a white noise app on phone to sleep at night.
