Relax in the comfort of this beautiful beach front 2 bedroom condominium with sweeping Gulf views. Included with these outstanding view is a spacious, sunny lanai overlooking the sandy beach and the pool area. The kitchen offers brand new appliances. The master has a king size bed, overlooks the beach and has a master bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen size bed, is sunny and has it's own private bathroom as well.
The outside amenities include a sparkling pool overlooking the beach, palm trees, and a grilling area.
This is a fabulous place to create a lifetime of memories!

Awesome view

The view, sunrises and sunsets were beautiful! We spent many hours enjoying the lanai. Very nice pool area and the beach was great too. We walked the beach each morning and found many pretty shells. Great vacation!!

Good trip in a peaceful setting

The property is a little old but thats clearly stated in the listing. It has everything you need to have a good relaxing week at the beach. The walk is a little much but the sealife is plentiful. Even saw multiple dolphin sitings from the beach as well.

Lovely apartment with access to everything.

The owner was terrific responding to my questions. It was a very clean condo. The fixtures do need some updating but anything we needed was there for us. The pool was quite full all of the time with children thus making it unusable for adults but it was a great week of relaxation with many restaurants nearby!

Wonderful Vacation

after arriving at a different booking location late in the day and being completely blindsided by the difference of property details compared to hat was advertised. we scrambled to find a new location. Barbara was a blessing; she was patient and answered all of our questions. the property was exactly what she described and we had a wonderful stay!!

Perfect family getaway

The condo was great overall! The check in was super simple. The area was safe and peaceful. They had supplies and linens. There are stores nearby. The biggest stretch of beach with no one around. They had laundry in the unit which was wonderful for having two under two plus a teen and my husband and I at the beach everyday and adventuring around the area. We will gladly revisit using the same condo! We loved everything about this location.

Barbara was a awesome host any questions I asked she very promptly answered.

Barbara was very accommodating when we asked to change our dates back a week due to hurricane eta she had no problems at all and didn’t even charge us any extra!!! She had a lot of things in the condo that where nice for us to use like her beach chairs and umbrella and many other things. Thanks for a awesome week at your condo highly recommend!!!

Great property and property Manager!!

Had a great time and was impressed with Barbara's lightning fast communications! Had a slight problem at check in, which was 1:00 in the morning. As much as I hated to, I had to reach out to her. She replied right away and everything was taken care of the next morning. I would highly recommend this property and Barbara for your next get away!

Great beach!

The owner was very nice and responsive. Location is good, if you don’t mind traffic, construction on the main drag is adding to that congestion right now. The beach is wonderful and easy to walk on. Pool was great too. The condo was decent but needs some work. No potholders or dish cloths or dish towels. Wash cloths definitely need to be replaced, worn out and stained. My husband fixed interior door handle as it was about to fall off. Drawer on stove does not close. Dishwasher door is cockeyed. Washer was touchy, had to jiggle and wiggle to get it to run. It is not a bad place, just needs some repairs and updating. Farmers market is within walking distance (about a mile away), a few restaurants within walking distance.

We LOVED the condo location, the fully stocked kitchen, the beach, its location on the island, the condo pool, and the local Lovers Key Estuary kayak tour and the Fish Tale Marina restaurant and Dolphin Tour. Initially we found the owner to be very accomodating and responsive when we asked questions and requested flexibility on the check in and check out time-we appreciated this. The evening of our 5th night we discovered the AC/furnace was broke. It was 81 degrees and muggy inside, (more humid outside so open windows not a fix). We contacted owner rt away and since it was Sat night he said soonest repair person could come would be Monday a.m....The ceiling fans all going on high kept the situation tolerable but it was not comfortable or enjoyable, we didnt sleep well. The owner offered to comp us for floor fans, but the ceiling fans were doing fine at moving the muggy, warm air around-what we needed was cool, less muggy air. He also offered to comp us for two FUTURE nights of a stay- I declined as this was a special occassion, once every 5 years kind of trip for us. After AC repair came on Monday and we felt the cold air working as it should, we realized the condo was not cooling and taking the humidity out ALL WEEK, we just didn't have a basis for comparison and just figured "that's Florida". Per the repairman the AC unit was @13 years old and showed signs of not being regularly maintained (the filter was filthy and full) and it needed to be replaced. I sent a text to the owner (as that is one of the ways we had been communicating), and explained all that and asked him to compensate us for this discomfort and inconvenience by reimbursing us for part of this stay. I received NO reply from him. I waited a day and sent the same message thru the VRBO email system, it's been a day and a half and still no reply from him. I tried to address this privately with him but he has left me no choice but to be public now. I still hope he will do the right thing and compensate us.

This guest had complaints prior to arriving at the condominium. She was reaching out with "what if" issues. For example - What if the elevators break down. The elevators are brand new and after communicating with her, we discovered that the issue was a user error. The tenant had numerous complaints. We even overnighted a new blender to keep her happy. I do not think that she understood that we were not a hotel, and I would not feel comfortable renting to her again. My reviews have been excellent to this point and I ask that her review be discarded.

Beautiful view of the bay! Cozy condo

Centrally located and away from the crowds. Near restaurants and Lover's Key State Park. Quiet complex. Pool area is great. The walk to the water is a little long but we can all use the exercise.

Absolutely loved our stay! We come to Ft Myers Bch at least twice a yr and always use VRBO. This was my best experience to date! The owners communicated well and were fantastic to deal with. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful week on the beach!!

A very nice property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to others! It is great being able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset from the lanai, pool area or anywhere on the property!! We also enjoyed walking the beach and looking for shells. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were in the condo, along with the beach toys and games. My family and I don’t have any complaints.

Balcony view made stay bearable. Repair complaints from previous travelers have NOT been resolved.

Property in need of minor repairs: Showerheads do not work properly, master bath faucet hard to shut off/on, master bed has indentations, seems older than 20 yrs old, very uncomfortable, white toerls and sheets are stained and dinghy, kitchen stove and dishwasher have bottom panels falling off, no closet space in master to hang clothes. Beach umbrella at place was broken, air bed hard to get to because of all broken stuff stuck in closet. The area is very quiet, beach is not the best. Oily beach to the left side by bridge, better beach towards the right side of property, but long walk to get there. Not many people in beach. Nice families staying while our stay, all very friendly. There is NO hot tub. Balcony has good views of ocean and bridge. Viewing sunset requires long walk to right side beach area. Recommend to bring disposable everything and not use the items in property. Owner clearly states you will pay for everything that breaks. Not worth it. Sonekne was supposed to show up and fix shower heads, never did.

CARMEN, Sorry you were disappointed with my condo. i keep my condo updated and clean. The shower was working fine. My maintenance man fixed it. Sorry the umbrella was broken, I do not advertise an umbrella! I do not advertise a hot tub! QUIET BEACH? NOT MANY PEOPLE ON THE BEACH? Most guest want a quiet, spacious beach. Broken things in closet? I wonder if you were in my condo?? Of course you are responsible for any damage. Where do you stay that you are not responsible for damages?? You called everyday with an issue. I don't think I could have pleased you, ever. I did try. Maybe you should change your destination for future trips.

Our unit was a bit unclean. Food stains on baseboards and food stuck between stove and countertop. Mold in bathroom. Headboard in MB was very shaky and being held together with duct tape. Could use a TV in 2nd bedroom which had a more stable bedframe. Couldn't use the nightstand lamps in there though because no outlet. Our family enjoyed the pool and all the guests we met while staying there.

Wonderful, cozy, calm property. Many beautiful walks all close by.

Cleanly cozy condo in a beautiful location and only a short drive to the bars and restaurants at the north end. Our family enjoyed staying here for a week, soaking up the sun by the beach and the pool.
