Walk into this lovely updated beachfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo and the ocean is directly in front of you! Views are a WOW! Feels like you are right there in the water! Two large sliding doors lead out to an extra-large balcony equipped with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs to dine. Our fully stocked kitchen has quartz counters and custom cabinets. TV in Living Room and Master Bedroom with cable and wifi throughout. Walking distance to Wanna Wanna and Movie Theatre!

Great family vacation soot!

We had a wonderful stay! The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and enough space for the 5 of us. We took our own canopy and chairs for the beach. The beach was nice and not crowded. The outdoor shower was nice. Thank you for everything!Thank you for eveverything!

Amazing view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony is truly breathtaking. My only complaint (not a reflection of the unit or the owner) is that one of the elevators was really slow and stopped working at some point. The other elevator was much quicker and only a short walk across the property, so no big deal. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, so we got to watch some fireworks from our balcony. Overall, a great stay!

Long Weekend at Beach

Very nice location right on the beach with good spots all near and within walking distance if you want that. Lots of things in condo for use and ease of stay. Only complaint is no ceiling fans so would recommend bringing a fan if you’re hot natured. There were 2 fans in a closet though. Also only one baking sheet could probably use a couple more. Overall highly recommend for anyone with a few people looking to hang out at the beach.

Pros: The view and location was phenomenal. Cons: The main bed felt like it was going to break. The sheets were felt dirty. The wash cloths and pillows were stained.

Great wave therapy

The view is fantastic! The condo is laid out well and has a spacious balcony so you can enjoy the view and sound of the waves. The only downside was that one of the elevator wasn't working at all and the other elevator stopped working for awhile, leaving us stranded.

Cost did not equal value, somewhat dissatisfied

1st off ad stated "top floor" it was 3rd from top. No pool/jacuzzi most of the time jacuzzi never hot. Laundry broken on our floor. False fire alarm 3 am evacuated building (locals say it's ongoing) condo ALWAYS SMELLED MUSTY/MILDEWY sofa smells. The closest elavator never worked other only part of the time. Garage was not secured and 1/4 was not available most of the time. Headboard in master not attached to bed. Bed frame unstable with collapsing center foot (disgusting under bed) Exterior under construction with what looks like work stoppage. Talked with other residents found average cost was 50-75% less with same furnishings. Water heater too small to fill tub. Not enough toilet paper for the stay of 8 days. The views are awesome, but like the title says the value we recieved was not worth the cost or aggravation.

2 weeks on the beach!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! We enjoyed the exceptional view from the large balcony every day. The owners were great, responding to questions or needs very quickly. The weather was good and we visited the Birding and Nature Center a few times. We also enjoyed various restaurants in the area and walking wildlife refuge areas and state parks. Thank you for a great 2 weeks!

Energizing & Relaxing Stay

This was our 1st time to South Padre and we really enjoyed the visit. We will definitely come back. The accommodations checked all the boxes. The view of the beach was great and you could see the sunset from the front and sunrise from the patio. The holidays were quiet and we could see fireworks from the front patio.

Exactly what we needed

Perfect location at Texas' prettiest beach! As soon as you walk in the condo, you will be greeted with the most gorgeous view of the Gulf. The condo is clean and bright. The kitchen is well-appointed with a Kuerig and a coffee maker. The balcony is perfect for sitting out in the evening and listening to the waves. Check-in/out staff are friendly and kind; the whole process was easy. Royce is very responsive and answers all questions quickly. We would love to rent again!

Awesome stay clean condo and super close to the beach

Me and our family really enjoyed our stay condo was nice clean and big lots of extra towels and blanket which is always helpful traveled from san antonio to south padre island family of 5 all had places to sleep and 2 bathrooms helped tremedously

A stay in paradise

Beautiful well appointed condo. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Hand and bath towels, Beach towels, bells and chairs. Well equipped kitchen with large refrigerator and stove, keurig, toaster, large microwave. Bed are very comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. The balcony is huge with comfortable chairs, table, footstools. The view is unbelievable!! The ocean is right in front of you and the sounds of the waves is mesmerizing. Beach access is right there on the 1st floor. 3rd floor outdoor pool and hot tubs are wonderful! What more can we say except e will definitely return! Well worth the price.

Lovely, serene delight

This condo is beautiful inviting you into a serene space that calls you right to the amazing ocean view. You can sit on the balcony many hours a day to watch the sunrise, feel the energy of ocean waves centering you and watching night-time displays of stars or the spectacular alignment of planets (timing dependent:). The owners are very responsive and make everything easy. This is a special place:)

You are welcome to stay at our spacious, modern 7 bedroom Farmhouse right on our farm and has Lake Travis Views! We are also a short mile from Mule Shoe Recreational Area. A beautiful waterfront park that also rents out stand-up paddleboards and kayaks! We recently revisited South Padre Island and decided this was a place that we would like to spend time at and also share. Whether you want to stay on the ocean or wake up to the mountains....we have a place for you! read less
