House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4:00pm
- Check-out time is 10:00am
- 14 night maximum stay with mid-cleaning required after 7 nights, invoiced $550 post booking
- No smoking or vaping inside or outside the villa is allowed (no tobacco or pot)
- No pets, emotional support, or service animals are allowed due to allergies
- Must be at least 30 years old to rent. Proof of ID must be provided to owner within 48hrs of deposit.
- Rental contract must be signed and returned to owner within 48hrs of deposit.
- By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded (occupancy is 15 (8 adults/7 kids max)).
- This vacation home is for general vacation use only.
- Only guests whose names are listed on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in this home.
- This home may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy.
- Parties and Entertaining external guests (those not staying) are not allowed inside or outside the villa.
- Pool and Spa Heat are not automatically included. You will receive a separate invoice at $60 per night, which heats both the pool and spa.
-Gas for built-in Grill is included! (No need to worry about propane tanks!) Please clean as you cook, as guests are responsible for cleaning.
- No crackers or confetti inside or outside the villa
- No Fireworks
- NO RV's, boats, buses, trailers, and tents
- No Portable AC Units, Additional Fridges & Stoves, Trucks, & Generators
