Enjoy one of the best outlooks in Reunion from the third-floor deck. Its lofty privacy includes a hot tub, TV screens, and plenty of patio seating. Just below, on the second-floor deck, there is a pool table and more patio seating. The first-floor patio has a foosball game. Another highlight of this home is its game room on the 3rd-floor landing with Playstation 4, Xbox, Fast and Furious Superbikes Race, San Francisco Rush 2049 cat racing machines, and shuffleboard. The home theater has plenty of cushioned seating before a large projector screen.

With an open planned floor plan, the living area is bright and spacious with a large wrap-around sofa before a large wall-mounted TV. The stunning kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops includes an over-sized double-sink kitchen island. The island counter wraps around a built-in seating area with cushioned benches around a kitchen table. Around the corner you'll find a fine dining table that seats 18 - you're entire party!

The private pool has a spillover spa and the pool deck has plenty of sun loungers. A kids' safety fence is available. The lanai includes a summer kitchen with a BBQ grill. The patio dining table seat 16, and there are a few additional chairs scattered about. This home offers everyone in your family or group the comfort and entertainment that makes a stay in the Orlando area something to boast about.

This home includes two amazing themed bedrooms kids will love. Each room has two bunk beds (sleep 4) custom made to fit each theme. Whether kids love to zoom through faraway galaxies or live the life of a princess, they will be fully immersed. One upper bunk bed has a secret passage through a slide that takes kids to a secret playroom filled with soft foam blocks. Adults need not worry - alternative access is available! For playtime outdoors, there's a playground only a stonecast away, just behind the home. All of the other bedrooms are King-size with one exception: a room for two with separate Queen-sized beds. All of the rooms have their own TVs and there is an additional gathering room with a large comfy wrap-around sofa before a wall-mounted big-screen TV.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children not adults.
This home does not come with the use of a garage.

Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older. Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property has exterior security cameras.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
Max of 5 cars per address. Please note that all vehicles must be parked on the driveway only. Street parking is not permitted within the Bears Den community and vehicles parked on the street will be towed.
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
