Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv space, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to the town of Waitsfield!

Our home offers a blend of modern mountain with amenities to boot. Radiant floor heat, on demand fire, fast/reliable/high speed wifi & Roku TV's. Conversely you can completely disconnect here, finding the beauty in the simple parts of Vermont hillside living. The fresh mountain air and sunsets (rises) will be sure to bring you back to a peaceful place. We're proud to offer a simple cozy place for you to call home in the green mountains.

Please note: our home has a studio apartment above the garage that has a separate entrance which we also rent. There is one insulated wall that is shared with the home, very similar to condo living. If you would like to rent both spaces check out The Mountain House + Apartment listing.

Upstairs:

The primary room has king bed, office space/walk in closet, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub & standing shower stall and a balcony with two chairs to take in the view.

On the same level as the primary room you'll find the loft which offers a modern couch with two chairs - the perfect spot to read a book or enjoy the mountain views. A laundry closet is off this room with brand new washer and dryer.

Main Floor:

Two car garage with automatic door opener.

Mud room; kick off your snowy/muddy/adventure filled gear in the large mud room prior to entering the warmth of the main house.

Open floor plan; the kitchen boasts an oversized granite island for family meals to be enjoyed around. Full gas range stove, microwave, beverage cooler and dishwasher. The connected family room with massive vaulted ceilings and eight windows, beautifully frames the outdoors.

1st bedroom (red); two twin beds, closet, dresser.

2nd bedroom;(gray) one queen bed, chair, closet, dresser.

Full bath in the hall between the bedrooms.

Garden level:

Enter through the main home or from the side of the house. The garden level space has an oversized new couch, perfect for movie night + ping pong + foosball + game table. The couch converts into a full bed; plus a half bath.

There is a two car garage dedicated to the mountain house space + a large driveway. There is one dedicated parking spot for the apartment unit which is noted with signs on the exterior of the home.

***Please be aware this home is up a steep driveway that can be tricky especially in the winter months. We strongly recommend a 4x/all wheel drive vehicle.***
