The Villa des Rouvières is a jewel nestled between the Provençal countryside and the famous calanques, just 10 minutes from Cassis.
This spacious villa, located in a hamlet in the heart of the vineyards, with carefully designed decor, can accommodate up to 14 people.
She is equipped with fiber optics, air conditioning, a gym, and a petanque court.
Its heated pool and numerous terraces allow you to enjoy the sun and outdoor meals to the sound of cicadas.
To guarantee your comfort and the quality of service, we have had this property classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation by an approved organization. This also reduces the cost of the tourist tax.
Everything has been designed to offer you a refreshing and relaxing stay.
Included in the rental: fiber, end of stay cleaning, sheets, bath towels.
Attention: there is no barbecue, prohibited due to fire risk (the villa is surrounded by pine trees) but there is a plancha.

When the property is fully occupied, this space naturally becomes the central gathering point.
With its large living room dining room open to the upper terrace, the T3 duplex offers all the comfort for breakfasts, meals or aperitifs with a view of the countryside and the swimming pool.
The large fully equipped open kitchen is ideal for preparing small dishes to share.
The 2 suites each offer a large bedroom, a study, a walk-in closet and a private bathroom for one and a bathroom for the other.
Lower level
At the lower level, two additional accommodations await you, both wheelchair accessible.
The first is a T4 including three bedrooms, while the second is a T3 with two bedrooms.
This configuration offers remarkable flexibility to accommodate different groups or families.
The T4 apartment consists of a spacious living room/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. It opens onto a large terrace where you will have the choice between a high table, a coffee table, and a dining table.
The three bedrooms are spacious and equipped with large closets. The water room is very functional and the toilets are separate.
The T3 apartment consists of an equipped kitchen open to the living room/dining room, 2 bedrooms with large closets, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
One of the bedrooms and the living room overlook a large terrace and are equipped with a high table, a coffee table, and a dining table. There is the possibility of adding 2 single beds.
All rooms in the house are equipped with 160x190 beds, the bedding is of quality and all rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort.
There are three laundry rooms in the house, one per living space.
The house is equipped with washing machines and dryers.
