With easy access to the Gulf, it’s only a 5-minute walk to beach access, just across the street and two lots down. Spanning 4,500 sq ft, the home boasts luxurious amenities, including 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The property also features a gourmet kitchen, heated pool, and a private pier with a covered dock for convenient water access. The refined design and spacious rooms make Veranda Laguna an ideal venue for weddings, special events, or large gatherings.

The home is thoughtfully designed with a blend of modern elegance and comfort. Expansive windows throughout allow for stunning views of the surrounding scenery, while the stylish interior finishes create an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Cancellation Policy and Other Information:
• Up to 90 days prior to arrival: You may cancel for a refund, minus any applicable Vrbo fees up to 90 days before arrival. Note that Vrbo does not offer a 90-day cancellation option to property owners. If you wish to cancel, please do so through he Vrbo site.

• Balance Due: 90 days before your arrival date.

• Damage Insurance: A $89 damage insurance fee is due at the time of booking to cover any accidental damage during your stay.

• Wedding Fee: A non-refundable $500 wedding fee is required for any events held at the property. We’re happy to provide more details about Weddings at Veranda Laguna!

• Restrictions: We do not accept college spring break rentals.
